I purchased a trouser from Priknit showroom BRS Nagar ludhiana sometime back. I was shocked when during the first wash its colour faded away. I went to their showroom to change it. They told me that the item was to be sent to the company so i should return after a week. I went after a week but did not get the trouser. Their manager told me they were still to send it back. I went next week but again did not get it. Finally on the third week i was able to get a replacement. however the fitting of the new trouser wa also not proper but after so many visits i accepted what i got even though i was dissatisfied with their service

have a dialup connection from BSNL. But often it does not work. the speed is too slow and even after repeated requests no improvement is there. They do not have anymore broadband capability in my exchange. can anyone suggest how to increase speed of my dialup connection

HI,
my name is SATISH KR GUPTA.i reside in 46, NAVEENTAM APPT., SEC-9, ROHINI, DELHI-110085.MY A BARCLAYS CREDIT CARD,NO IS 433948785773383. my concerned is that i has to pay Rs.1580/-against my barclays card whose due date was 9th.feb.09 and as i got the statement on 07th.feb.09 so,i made the through cheque on 7th.feb.09 in drop box.on 25th feb09 i recieved a statment showing late fees charge.then on the same day i call in cust.care dept.and i talk with Mr.IRFAN KHAN (code no.CAS1111355)regarding the wrong charges but he did not waive the charge and he did not help me at all even they send me a msg that the card has been cancelled so broke card in four pieces and through it in the dustbin.which is very rude and not considered a good customer relation.
Now the are sendig statements including interest charges.
my request is when ihad paid the amount on time why these people are harrasing me for the amount.i request you to pls take some action aginst this and help me.

the order No 33980[HI0402090032] placed through eshopping option and amount adjusted through credit card. More than 60 days have lapsed. The Hindu Shopping failed to fulfill committment. the money was not refunded by them till today 24/03/2009. the request to refund will not yield the result. kindly help me to get back my money with interest which is debited to my account.
