i have applied a new gas connection at get confirmation letter from kumar gas agency tirupur they compelling me to buy a gas stove which cost Rs. 3570/- from them and refusing me to accept deposit from me with buying a new cylinder . moreover i am not interest to buy the gas stove which is available same model at Rs 1500/- i want to know the actual cost of the stove selling in the agency with model and cost.
why they are compelling even though in the declaration stated that buying the gas stove is not compulsory.
please give remedy measures.

Hi,
I have purchased a reliance healthwise policy with the policy no 282510374435 on 23rd feb 2009 through a telephonic call from mumbai. They have charged the annual fee from my credit card & said that i would receive the policy document & the health kit within 7-10 working days, but today being 23rd of march i have not received my policy papers yet. I have written a complaint to their customer service e mail id but i did not get any reply. I have also called the customer service dept & lodged a complaint with the complaint no 230616, i have called them atleast 5 times & every time they assured me that i will get the hard copy through courier within 7 days & a soft copy on my email within 24 hrs but i never got that. Today finally when i asked them to let me speak to the head /manager customer service, the lady named nivedita gave me an excuse that we do not have senior professional or manager available at our office. I finally gave up & decided to cancel my policy. I would request you to kindly take an appropriate action against them & make everyone in this world aware of their services.
