Spice is looting people through SMS fraud. I have free sms pack but on gazzetted holidays and other holidays they are charging 1 rupee per sms. many times i do not know that it is some holiday and i send bulk messages and get charged. they do not inform about it priorly.

Hi,
I had applied for a passport in 2008 from Khanna, Punjab. I had to give TOEFEL exam in november 2008 to apply for U.S.study visa. But the passport office chandigarh delayed my passport for months. They told me that police verification had not reached. On going to the concerned police station they told that they had already sent the verification. As a result I had a second police verification done. because of the delay I had to request for postponement of my exam 3 times which cost me thousands of rupees because of the fault of the passport office chandigarh. Also now I will be one semester behind. Who will pay for this loss?
