not ready to provide me spare part

I am having one optra . Till free sercice every thing was going well when for paid service i requested delear to check about noice comming from wheel which i though can increase and can led to problem . Service engineer came, took car and return after full service instead of noice which was coming from wheel .According to them part is not available and as soon as it comes then they will provideus .
Now atleast 1 month has been over and inspite of my daily calling to them at customer care at 011-30308080 with complain no register with them , they are not responding me . every time i complain them and every time they say that they are talking to delear and they never took pain to even call me . nor they ever provided me no of seniors exective which i had always asked .

I am left with nothing as part is only available with company which they are not able to provide to customer .
and since 1 month i am in trouble and i have told all of my reletive not to purchase chevorelet optra as its parts are not available and customer satisfaction is very poor .
more over they don\’t listen to customer problem also .

please help me if you can directly call them

Extra SMS Charges

I am purshottan lal murarka. I am using reliance mobile service from last 3 years. My mobile no. is 9313413947. Few days back I register a complaint regarding wrong SMS charges. But I haven’t get any response from there side. Again Today I called to the customer care on 8:45 am regarding my complain status, the executive named Rajesh from Mumbai said that your request has been resolved. He also said charges will be fine. But according to my plan I have 100 free SMS in a month. He said you have to pay extra changes becoz you have used special day SMS service. But as per the brochure received from reliance comunication at the time of signup there are no special SMS charges mentioned. So I cant not pay them extra Rs. for this.

I have shot them a mail too. But still i haven\’t get any response. I am requesting yo please take some action against the company and resolve this ASAP.
