sir my self yash pal singh .i am SBI ATM user and i use ATM of Corp Bank in 7 Aprl 1000Rs withdrawl my account but it is not comeout side the ATM machine .i complant in my SBI bank they send my applecationin Corp Bank But they did not take any acction so plz tell me that what i do?

i have taken vodafpone mobile connection on 17 may 09 from a vendor who accepted authorised agent of service provider. service was started but it was barred since 30 may 09.i have submitted valid proof of add and identity. vendor is again asking for id.add of the vendor as follow

unmanages work of HDFC Bank

This is Rajesh L Masand from Mumbai india, I have applied for HDFC car loan on last week and as per them i was given pre senctioned loan of Rs. 7.5 lakhs, I put up all the document from my side, the documents which they required. as per them rhey demand a balance payment recipt, they told me that amount of Rs. 4 lakh is senctioned for you, please go and make the balance payment to car company and provide the receipt of the same to us, as per that instruction i made the balance payment of Rs. 35000 to car company and receipt of the same i mailed to HDFC bank and also their executive personally visited to me and collect the reciept, after that i got the verification call from the bank after that verification they told me we are not going to grant you the loan as we found your name in the CIBIL with the amount of Rs. 16810 and 9375 & 5396, i told them please provide me the full details with the bank and all who put my name in CIBIL, but they not turned up, they told me we dont have the entire details, in that case what should i do, how will i get the details and how will i get the money back from car company. This is a very bad part from HDFC bank side as i am having a slary account with HDFC bank. Now i m totally in dark to where to go and tuely if any amount is balance i m ready to settle with those banks, but unable to get the details. please help.

Reliance Billing Issue

Hello Sir/Ma\’am,

I am TININ from Mumbai.
I don\’t know much about the consumer protection act or consumer forum.
If you can help me I\’ll be grateful.

Issue :
I purchased Netconnect 1x from Reliance WebWorld gallery for 1month unlimited net access.
It\’s a prepaid connection. Till now i recharged my account three times in 5 months.
Reliance disconnects my net connection around 15 – 25 days.
I tried complaining Webworld, Customerservice, Nodal Office and Applette office but i won\’t get good response or any response from Applete division.
I got all my Recharge and purchase bill leaving one Rs. 50 recharge.

They only says there is a pending balance in my account. When asks why there is a pending balance they won\’t give any response they just say you need to recharge with Rs. 50, 100, 200 Or 300 (It varies always)
And in email they mentioned “Pending balance might be due to Callertune, VAS or |R-Connect)
I\’m using netconnect modem, I havent used this facility and when purchased this product no one advised me about this extra charges.

From last 5 month i\’m really tired by contacting reliance communication.
When I asks for Refund for the equipment due to service i received they says I cannot get refund this my equipment. If I cannot use this equipment anywhere else without there connection. It\’s like they are forcing there equipment.

I made this complaint to webworld department and Customer service within the 1 month of the purchase of the equipment.

They assured me issue has been resolved but it\’s not. It\’s really frustating.

I also send a letter to webworld which i got a stamp on the copy of the letter.
It\’s more than a week now i haven\’t received any response for the letter.
I\’ll appreciate your response.
