Wrong information regarding off peak balance

Most respectfully I would like to inform you that wrong information provided from vodafone has caused my loss of about 580-590 off peak minutes (apne minutes). On dialing *151# my number is displaying the validity of 25 April 2009. According to their customer care, my off peak minutes account has expired on 24 March 2009.when I had to call customer care time & again to get these type of informations, Then whats the fun of providing *151# service ?
None of their customer care executives is willing to lodge the complaint. Even Vodafone shop, Faizabad executives are unable to give a satisfactory answer to my query, instead the are asking for serial No. of the paper recharge coupon from which I last recharged my off peak minutes!! Should I preserve coupons & transaction ID for future use.
Most important thing is that they are providing wrong contact No.’s of
Nodal Officer (Ms Kanika Dubey/ 9838315999) &
Appellate Authority (Mr Vivek Gangwar/9838315999)
on their website,i.e., www.vodafone.in
both No’s are not in use
Why are they harassing me? Please let me know.
Their base line is “HAPPY TO HELP” but in my case I have not received even a single contact from any senior official.their customer care/Vodafone shop executives are unwilling to provide the contact No of Nodal Officer/Appellate Authority.

My complaint Dated 29.04.2009 to Eureka Forbes regarding installation and repairement of fuse inside the aquaguard,I have not yet been received any reply from Eureka Forbes.My said complaint is mentioned below.It is very much shamefull that complaints arousing against a reputed company are not being resolved and even attended.I once again remind you of my query and expect a reply from Eureka Forbes within 24 hours of receiving of this mail.Otherwise I shall make a complaint to Consumer Court.

Dear Sir,
I renewed my aquaguard service contract for the period 21/12/2008 to 20/12/2009.(Customer code-1540002448, Contract receipt no-10-16044421).Now I\’ve been transfered to Orissa on March 09.To install the aquaguard I called upon the Eureka Forbes sales representative (Mr.Satya Narayan Senapati (m) 9937595746) at Jajpur Road, Orissa.That fellow installed the instrument and was paid Rs.200/-towards installation charge.A fuse inside the Aquaguard got broken during the transportation. I insist him to replace that fuse with a new one and if it not comes under my service contract I shall pay for it. It is very much amazing that even a small fuse was not with him at that moment.He said to replace it later in one or two days.I\’ve contacted him several times since 20 days but he is not even answering.Voltage fluctuation is very much frequent here.So the part is necessary to prevent any damage to Aquaguard.

Credit card fraud

I have tried to subscribe for one day offer, of the site http://www.indianspycams.com/. I have entered all my valid credentials of visa. Then the web site reported transaction failed. I simply closed the browser. After two days when I saw my credit card statement they have not only taken $50, with neither sending information to the email which I used at the time of subscribing. I don\’t know how transaction failure can deduct money from my credit card?

I want to get back my hard earned money which these websites try to squeeze by luring us.
