As i have current account at sbi ring road surat branch no 66024315403 name jayam industries.
I deposited a cheque of 24065/- no 082716 of bank of india , vapi branch. on 25/3/2009 at prakash society branch of sbi,surat.
They are telling me they sent that cheque on 26/3/2009 means next day to vapi gidc township state bank of india branch for clearing but yet date today they did not gave credit of it to sbi prakash society branch.
i go to bank for many times to do the procedure but till date today they just say will be credited in 2 to 3 days i want my money with intrest in my account.
Help me in this matter sir.

I bought a mobile from Hotspot mobile showroom @ Annanagar, Chennai. I was told that I get an interest free EMI option and processing fee will be Rs 300. But they have charged around Rs.900 as processing fee. When I asked about explanation they were giving irresponsible answer and they were saying I need to contact bank. Moreover, they were saying the actualy processing fee is not Rs. 300 and it would more than that.
Moreover, the mobile I bought had it seal broken – I did not notice when I bought but then female who gave the mobile – she was opening the seal with her finger in less that 5 secs – but when I tried to remove the sticker totally from the mobile – it was so difficult.
(Last time when I logged the complaint, I had the Company name wrong

Sir,this is to bring to your notice that a check no 053478 was cleared by SBI ,kutchery branch,Meerut which was crossed and they gave it to somebody unknown by cash.I reported the matter to concerned branch manager but even after 2mths no action has been taken by concerned authorities.I lost 1.5lakhs by way of fraud and negligence of bank officials. Please do something urgently.

on 4of april 2009 i purchased an a.c. from kamalia sales main road ranchi of l.g. make capacity 2 tonnes for myshop. since the installation the said machine is not working properly.it takes long time to cool.inspite of repeated complains to the dealer and the company service centre nothing has been done except few visits to the site.please do the needful.

We contected the management to refund the fees and money received by us but they denied. Hance please help us to get the money back.
