Sub:-None receipt of LPG cylinder and Carelessness in giving answers.

My customer number 02079 .Having booked LPG cylinder dated May 1, 2009 & waiting number 34, Your franchise M/S Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation LTD ,Hindu Colony, Navarangpura, A’Bad-380009 not delivered cylinder till today. I am facing too many hardships due to non receipt of Gas cylinder.
I have minimum 25 to 30 calls made to the authority named Mr. Joshi [(PH) 079-26403055] but he was on long leave so another person attended calls and he didn’t make me feel satisfactory with his useless replies. I had also contacted at booking counter[ (PH) 079-26464021] but booking lady every time when I called., she totally misguided me about the delivery of the LPG.
Kindly arrange LPG immediately and take all possible actions to improve the “Work Quality” of your franchise.

Non receipt of magazines after paying annual subscription for CROSS OVER MAGAZINE -BCIL

I paid Rs565/- (Payment ID: 163217) on 09.03.09 through my credit card as annual subscription amount for Cross Over Magazine of BCIL, Bangalore in the website( crossoverindia.org). I have not received any magazine sofar. Also I have sent many mails (murali@ecobcil.com, suraj@acmicinteractive.com, crossover@ecobcil.com) and personally telephoned to them (tel no: 09008966990, 080-40184018) regarding this matter. However, I have not received any clarification from them sofar. Every time I get a reply that they will look into the matter. I feel frustrated and cheated by this BCIL.
