Hi, I had a housing loan take in the year 2000 – from a financial institution. Which was taken over by ICICI in the year 2003. from 2003 to 2004 no intimation with regard to takeover in 2004 I received a call from collection stating my dues were pending – I cleared all outstanding EMI\’s except some late payment charges. – This year I closed the loan – Went to the bank and asked them for the foreclosure amount – I Paid the same in cheque – its 2 months now the docs have not been received and now bank says they are not able to trace a posting of 2004 – and I have to pay 3666 for the docs.

I took loan Car Loan for Tata Safari in March 2007. On change of my job I requested them to fix repayment date around 20th instead of 10th but that was refused by ICICI Bank. Even them I am paying my installments regularly but almost for a year or so that is one month late i.e. that means By now my installments up to May 31st 2009 are in time & June I will deposit soon may be that of July also. The delay is being caused by late payment of salary by company.
One thing more up to 31st March all payments due towards me were cleared by me. I have conveyed this to Bank employees umpteen times that my installment will be paid one month late along with bouncing charges (I am paying that).
My harassment starts after the start of next month, I don\’t know who are they but they always say that they are from ICICI BANK N.Delhi.They start ringing from 3rd or 4th day of every month to pay installment with threatening & abusive language .Not only this they ring on my landline and threat my wife and daughties that they will take car with them if installment is not paid within 2 days or so. Though I make them clear that I will definitely pay & I am paying that. For my default I am being penalized for bouncing charges which I am paying regularly with installments. I failed to understand why they go on ringing again & again (approximately 50 to 80 calls in month) in spite of the fact that I have made everything clear to them.
I may be provided relief by getting rid of these unwanted threatening calls .In case I fail to pay two installments then they can ring me not otherwise. It seems their staff is not educated properly as they are not aware of anything. These days they are asking me details of payments made by me for the month of April (I paid on 20th May ),why should I provide them details ?they should get that from their sources (collection agent) ?They generally talk of updating of their system ,that is not my headache as I don’t know about their authenticity.
