i would like to putforth my case this way.I had taken a franchisee fom elmas abacus in september 2006 for a duration of three years.it was promised that training would be imparted every three months.Initially the training went on well but when i asked them for my training date in march 2009 for tenth level they simply gave me a date of may 1st and on may 1st2009 8o clock they just cancell it like that.they had the prior information that i had booked my train tickets on 3rd may2009 to my native place.hence they had asked me to attend my training on 6th may2009 which i ould not do.hence forth i could not get any date till date.

I HAD PLACED A ORDER WITH INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB ON 03/03/2009 VIDE ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD FOR Rs. 1699/- for which I GOT A CONFIRMATION ON MY MOBILE SAYING THAT

“We have received your order (MITBC-WEB-02088860) with india today book club for Rs. 1699.00 your order will be processed within 3-4 weeks. Thank you”

But it is almost 4 months past now and i am yet to receive my order. I have been raising the complaint with these people vide email at response@indiatodaybookclub.com but all my efforts have gone waste.

They had asked for the credit card copy for almost 3 times for there reference which clearly shows an amount of Rs. 1699/- has got charged vide my credit card on 03/03/2009 towards “LIVING MEDIA INDIA LTD. DELHI”

I want the concerned to take up this matter strongly and refund me back my money with interest for 4 months

my self kamlesh ..
i taken a carloan with help of icic bank since last 3 year but i need my ecs date change … many time i req. icic officer but he can not help me….. & every month my ecs is over due..

i have work in small parvate compaine .. that why salery.. come out 8 or 10 th date ..why can i pad my car loan .. pl. only change my date 5th insted of 10th .. its very easy .. but ..i dont no sir…..
