Sir/Madam,
I am Madhav. I have given my mobile for repairing as the display is blank and flickering, but they couldnt recitfy the flickering and they made me roam to their office for one month. They charged 3230/- and now they are telling give your mobile, we ll make it repair. They have now taken my mobile and said in 10 -15 days of working day time, it will get repaired.
Is this the sevice they have to provide to public?? They have wasted my time and money..
Now what should i do, if the same problem, situation arises.
Please give reply….

Dear Sir,

I bought an Indian Postal Order worth Rs 50 from the post office in aggar nagar. The lady at the counter charged me RS 55 ie RS 50 plus Rs 5 commission. When I looked at the Postal order, Rs 2.50 commission was printed on it. When I enquired that the commission was less on the postal order, the lady told me that it was Rs 5 only but older rate is printed on the Postal order. However she dint write new rate anywhere on the postal order. Please tell me if the rate has increased or the post office employees are looting common people like me?
