Dear Sir,
I bought a reliance netconnect 1X datacard from your esteemed company through the dealers salesperson. This enthusiastic sales person told me that I would get two months (yes two months) free unlimited usage. I was very pleased by this grand offer and bought the data card and it seems to be working fine (apart from occasional blips.) However, I got a little shock today when I received a welcome call from your Chandigarh office. The pleasant female voice on the other end informed me that I would get two free billing cycles and not two months free usage as was told to me by the salesperson. Now the problem is that my I bought the datacard on 29th July and my billing cycle started from 9th of next month. So in the first billing cycle i got merely 10 days free usage! My first bill was from July 29th to August 8th. As a result I am going to get 20 days less than I was told at the time of purchase.
Now I am sure that it is not your esteemed company\’s policy to fool gullible people like me. But I would appreciate if you could reign in your over-enthusiastic cavalier dealers/salespersons from misinforming potential customers and later leaving them with a sense of having been cheated.

As I am not holding any credit cards of HDFC Bank,but HDFC Bank Collections department people are calling on my phone number&asking for some unknown person Mr.Suhas Joshi,who is their Credit Card customer&they are inquiring about that person whom I don\’t know at all.HDFC Collection Agency person who gave me a call on 11/09/2009,at 5pm,I got a call from this number 022 67709232,the lady who spoke with me was quite arrogant&rude.I have a question for HDFC Bank,when they issued the card to Mr.Joshi&as the collection agency people told me that my number was given to them by Suhas Joshi,I want to ask one question to Bank people&Collection Agency,that did they ever confirm on my number that Mr.Suhas Joshi is the owner of this number?they never confirm that& now they are making nuisance call on my number.Let me clear here that I don\’t know Mr.Suhas Joshi&I don\’t have any concern with him.I never met such person ever before.Sso I humbly request you to do needful in to this matter.
