crosslink central locking car security system

Hi,

I have a crosslink central locking and security system in my car. Its remote developed a problem and it is under guarantee/warranty period. I contacted the company engineer and he checked the remote. he told me that the remote is fulty and would be replaced by a new one but I have to pay Rs 200/- body damage charges. now this is absurd. I have used the remote normally and there was no extra wear and tear apart from that caused by routine usage. I was shocked. why should i give body usage/damage charges. Does the company expect me to keep the remote in new condition in order to replace it free? even if its faulty? I request the crosslink management to please reply.

I have prepaid mobile no 9450542283. Today i.e. On 12.09.09 at 7.21.10 a.m. I received a message from 56700 “Dear user your BSNL tunes will be renewed tomarrow. You will be charged Rs. 25/= as monthly subscription. …………..”
May I know from you Why you have started this caller tunes to my mobile when I have neither applied for the same nor have requested for the same with you?.
You are requested to kindly unsubsribe me from you list of Caller tunes and do not deduct any monthly subsription as I have no interest in this and I have not requested for the same.
If you still deduct the charge from my account and do not unsubscribe me from your caller tunes list, you are likely to face consumer forum?

You are requested to confirm the status immediately.

DIRTY TRICKS HDFC BANK PLAYS TO HARASS PEOPLE THRU UNLIMITED DEMANDS

DIRTY TRICKS HDFC BANK PLAYS TO HARASS PEOPLE THRU UNLIMITED DEMANDS

How the Branch Manager Ms. Gayatri Krishna Rao of the “Churchgate HDFC Bank Branch” has been harassing us, for what- just to close the Saving Account of one of our family members (deceased) for so long, coming up every time with a new cooked up illegal and unethical demand.
BRIEFS

(1) After the sudden demise of one of our family member, we applied for the closure of the saving account (SBA). HDFC phone banking said – A simple application letter + the Death Certificate would suffice the purpose. We submitted. No result.
(2) On reminder, this Gayatri asked us to submit the Closure Form. OK. We again submitted our second letter + their Closure Form + the Death Certificate too, to their staff Mr. Kaushal Saiya on 10th June, 2009. Nothing happened.
(3) We lodged our grievance to their Phone Banking Services. We were given the complaint no. “MUN-054906” on 24th June, 2009 by Ms.Meena of HDFC. Again nothing happened.
(4) We again spoke to HDFC Phone Banking Services- Mr. Prartik & his senior Ms. Shilpa only to face all the vague answers.
(5) We pointed out to Gayatri that this SBA (with OD facility) of the deceased person could be misused by any miscreant. Hence the SBA ought to be closed immediately without any further manipulated delay. But this Gayatri remained too adamant.
(6) She cooked up a new excuse and said- SBA could not be closed as this SBA is linked with FD and these two could not be separated. How ridiculous.
(7) We have categorically mentioned in our closure application to de-link these FD with SBA and close the SBA.
(8) These FD were linked to SBA on our request only and thus could be very well de-linked as and when we want; as such a link is never mandatory but totally optional for the account holder.
(9) To authenticate the fact, we inquired with several banks and submitted the reply of the top leading bank SCB, categorically saying- “FD link with SBA is purely optional and could be de-linked any time as per the account holder’s wish.”
(10) ON this, Gayatri had to keep quiet over her illegal refusal to de-link FD & SBA.
(11) We reported the matter to Media. And thus being frustrated, this Gayatri demanded a heap of unnecessary documents from us with hell of the tedious formalities as follows.
a) ID & address of the Claimant & ID proof of Legal Heir
b) 2 Guarantors required. (Should not be relatives)
c) ID proof & latest Salary slip or IT returns copy of the guarantor.
d) Letter of Indemnity to be franked for Rs 300/-
(12) We clarified categorically that all their demand are totally illegal and unethical as they demand to follow heap of tedious formalities with Rs. 300=00 stamp paper; while the balance in this SBA is Rs. 13=71. (Thirteen rupees and paise seventy-one only.) Hence we have forgone our claim for this trifle amount.
(13) And for closing the SBA, the needed closure form and death certificate were already submitted to them hundred times.
(14) NOW- WE GOT NO REPLY from Gayatri as it seems she has fallen short of any more harassing dirty tricks.
(15) We emailed our grievance to “HDFC Grievance Cell” and what they have done to us. They made a mockery of our grievance.
(16) “HDFC Grievance Cell” said- WAIT for 5 working days for our reply. And then, after 5 days on our reminder, they again said- wait for further 5 working days. And after the next 5 days, then said- wait for the next few days. And their such demand to wait further and further is still going on since 11th July, 2009.

complaint against the bad serivces of Dada Motor pertaining to Cheverlot optra magnum car PB 37E 0565

Respected Sir, I have purchased one car make Optra Cheverlot Magnum of General Motors company through its dealers Dada Motors, near havelli resturant, GT road Jalandhar in October 2007.They have given its guarntee for three year or upto 60000 KM.
The registration no. of the car is PB 37 E 0565, colour black.When it ran upto 25000 km it began to give problems,as its steering began to make a lot of uncomfortable voices.I reported the matter to the company for a no. of times in Feb 2009 and thereafter again for so many time.I brought the matter in to the notice officials of dada motors as well customer care centre by sending mails as well as on phone 30308080.I had to wait for more than one month Then in March or April 2009, they changed some of its spare parts.At that time the steering stopped to give noise.

Now again in June 2009, it again began to give noise, I complained the matter to dada motors as well as general motors in June July August and even now ,but everything is proving useless.I gave them at least seventy eighty calls at telephone no 30308080.But everything proved useless.Neither cheverlot company nor dada motors jalandar is ready to remove its defect.They have just been lingering on the matter by one pretext or another for the last three four months.There is also one employee Mr. Balbir Singh who asked me that the total spare parts are worth Rs. 70000/ and if I want to change the same then I would have to pay him at least some amount to him as illegal gratification which was not acceptable to me.
I am suffering because of the high handed-ness of dada motors as well as general motors but they are not doing anything.
The voice of steering is so much discomfortable that when I drive the same, it seems that it is a second hand cheap car and I have been looted by the general motors as well as dada motors.Their services are insufficint and really regretable one.Apart from financial loss, it has become a cause of mental tension and agony.
Please look into the matter and take strict action against General motors as well as Dada Motors Jalandhar and a direction be begun to them to repair my car under guarante, Till now it has run upto 40000 km.I can give u the details of all emails send to them. Please do the necessay
