not reliving new gas connection

Dear Sir

I am register a new indane gas connection at Renu Enterprises, B-2, Shiv Mandir, Tonk Road, Bazaria, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan Pincode-322001 on 5 Oct 2009. My Booking No. is 111236150001786 but there is a problem that when I went to submit all relevant document with Intimation letter to avail of my indane connection they are forcing me to purchase a Hot-Plate/Cooking Range/Gas Stove with gas connection is there kind of provision like that because this kind of activity is wrong as according to MRTP Act.

Please look in matter and do needful for following: -
1. The behavior & attitude of service provider is very poor.
2. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively.

Misusing CIBIL

HSBC issued two card to me at the same time , they provided me the bills for one of the card but not for the other.It took almost two months and several mails to get my bill so i couldn’t make payment for those two months.To avoid any further issues I paid the money due on me because of my shopping and not the late fee(paid some 5k and did not pay some 700 Rs late fee and other charges) and all as the bank didn’t provided me the bills on time(which is the reason for late fee), also i mailed them informing about the same and asked them to block my card. Next month i again got the bill with additional charges i mailed back to HSBC they said there is no outstanding due.

Some months later again bill came to me i again mailed they said they will remove the late fee but now the outstanding was from 700 to some 2000. Now the outstanding reached to 5k and they are saying my name is in CIBIL and to remove it from there it will take all 5K. During this whole time i was using the other HSBC card and had no issue with it as bill arrived on time and i paid on time.

I visited the bank they agreed upon that there was lack of service from bank but now its too late and they can not help me and i just have two option:
1. to pay all 5k and get my name removed from CIBIL(defaulter list)
2. to go for settlement however in this case the name will be there in defaulter list.
So although i am not a defaulter(as agreed by HSBC executive with whom i talked) but will be treated like a defaulter by rest of the banking institutions and will not be able to get any kind of loan.This is unfair HSBC is using the CIBIL against us and if they feel that there might be a genuine case like me then why are they not coming up with some new process to help us or are they just bothered about how to get money out of customers held up in situation like me.

Regarding service problems with TATA SAFARI

I V.Raghavulu am regular custimer of tata cars since 1994.i hereby get a complaint in to ur kind notice,i own tata safari 3000 lts veh no AP 10 AG 2727 and safari dicor 2.2 veh no AP 27 AB 1188.

i always get my car servicing done from AUTOFIN SERVICING CENTER BOWENPALLY HYDERABAD AP.the vehicle servicing is waste and not up to the mark.my car was sent to the service station due to a problem,inspite of sending it no of times the problem has not yet solved.im totally dissatisfied with it both technically and machanically.

i bought this problem in to the notice of the concerned person several times as it was neglected.this would be the last complaint whereas i completely lost my patience fighting on it.i request u to take proper action regarding my problem.plz dont loose customers.do contact me

I am not satisfied with Whrilpool refregerator service in Hyderabad.

I have purchased one Whirlpool refrigerator two and half years back. Till Sep 2009 it was working fine. Suddenly one day it stoped working.

I gave a complaint to Customer Care on 2-Sep-2009. After 2 days enginner has been visited and told problem with compressor and after a week so they came and replaced my original compressor and chargged around 2000/-.

Those guys were very much interested to sell me one stabiliser though i have branded working pieace.

It was working for 10 days and again my refrigerator stopped working. I gave a second complaint on 8-Oct-2009. After keep on following the customer care they have visited after a week and told the same problem and chargged 360/-.

20-Oct-2009 they replaced with some other compressor and told to keep the fridze in high cooling. After keeping a day also fridge not chilled.

Then again raised 3rd complaint on 22-Oct-2009(HD 1009012826).

I would request Whirlpool to help me is sorting out my problem.

Teasing Inocent pepole

Dear sir/madam
I have reliance prepaid mobile connection but from last six months i m having problem that they fix a caller tune to my number without my notice and cut the charges from my account.when i unsubscribe to the caller tune they instantly remove the caller tune and again next day place that caller tune to my cell number.
So its my request to u that plz take the necessary action against Reliance company and also refund my money back to my account.i don’t want that again they place caller tune to my number.My cell number is 09372926316.
