I received a message on my mobile from bestinfoway.com from phone number +919965399099 regarding emails. it promised to earn rs. 20000/ every month by reading emails. when i visited their site they are charging rs 400 for advice. Please take action against such sites that fool poor people by taking their money.

I had regestired complaint no 1-886036145 with Aircel for all the issues below but they never came back with solution except calling for amount settlement.
Not provided Reebok T-Shirt as promised while giving connection (Mohit from Aircel – 9738199179),
Not collected 1st bill payment of Rs.140+ after confirming same by Aircel team.
No connection in North Karnataka Mudhol & Jamakhandi because of which could not use mobile for 1 month during Aug 15th – Sep 15th,
Adding late payment every month as since there is delay from Aircel side of not collecting bill,
Requested for soft copy of Itemized bill but never got it
Received many call for bill payment but my complaint was never resolved.

MOBILE DAMAGED IN JUST TWO MONTHS
We bought a T RAY 60 on october 25th in New delhi…Within two months the audio system of the mobile was damaged…with in another two more days the charger connectivity was also lost..
As we live in Talcher we went to Bhuvaneshwar regarding the repairing services..Annoyingly THE MOBILE STORE services says that NOTHING IS COVERED IN WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS as the speaker was spoiled and charger connectivity was damaged…It costs 1500 rupees to repair it
We did not give anywhere else for repairing..either it fell down anytime…Then what was our fault…We spent 5000 rupees on it and we now left in despair…
How can we ourselves spoil the speaker system…??? Its totally unfair..They are making business by selling duplicate parts in a new mobile.We were literally cheated.It was horrible pain for us to spent again 1500 for that mobile which we arent responsible.Is there any guarantee that it wud work even after repairing??Can anyone help what should be our further action regarding this??
PLEASE DONT GO FOR RAY MOBILES…BETTER DONT BUY ANY MOBILE FROM MOBILE STORE..OR ELSE WE BECOME A PREY TO FOOLERY

I had used Airtel no 9945161030 for almost 3 years. When I shifted to Calcutta for my studies, I requested for disconnection in month of April 2009. Airtel didn’t cancel the connection and took monthly rental from my credit card for almost 6 months. When I requested credit card bank, bank denied that I must get cancellation from Airtel in written and then only, it would able to cancel the auto-debit function. I have talked 7 times to airtel customer service and every time aritel people promised to resolve the issue and refund money in credit card.
However, it didn’t happen so far.
This is really frustrating to waste so much for something which would have been done in no time.
Please help me out.
