Hello,
after a recent remote automatic software update by Microsoft two essential software programs are missing on my computer. These are 1) the Calculator function and 2) the PAINT BRUSH software, both of which were basic Accessories.
After talking to Microsoft on 26. Feb. 2010 they asked for my Operating System Number (OEM number) and then told me that I need to call DELL (the maker of my computer), OR that they could help me if I pay $ 49.- /hr.
After online CHAT HELP with Dell they tell me that this is not a free service as it involves a THird Party software and that they offer to help me for $ 49.-/hr.
This is OUTRAGEOUS to ask for payment for something MIRCROSOFT caused. Why should a consumer PAY for reinstituting something that was removed at WILL by the MSN ? And worse WITHOUT ANY notification of the consumer that such removal has taken place!
Thank you very much in advance for watching over the practices on HOW big corporations are sucking money out of consumers for something THEY CAUSED !

first i apolagise for my bad english.am from kerala.i hav an airtel prepaid mobile connection number +97 9895 64 78 18.2 days before (19-02-2010) my cell suddenly showed SIM REGISTRATION FAILED.I dont know for what reason.my sim dnt hav any scratches or damages.my id proof are submitted.and they veryifyed it also.i goed to the airtel office nearby me.they said its a usual problem.just take a duplicat esim of this number ,it mcan solve this problem.then next morning i submitted same adress proof and 50Rs to airtel office.they said my sim will activat ewithin 24 hours.i waited whole sunday.but rmy sim dosnt activted.Monday morning i go to the airtel office agai.they apolagise me an dpromiced my sim will activate within 1 hour,then i wait 1 hour,nothing happen.i goes to the office again.They said..they ar ehelpless.they cant activate this sim.they suggested me to buy a new sim.i asked them y..they said i dont used this for 3 months thats y te sim has disconnected.i answered i using this sim 24*7.they dont hav no answer.they said tey cant do nothing more on this issue.only buying a new sim is solv ethis problem.i dont know why this all happen.i need justice.my whole connections are related with that number.i dont did nothing wrong here.please help me.i need my number back.pleasee

Hi,
I have to say that my name is Navneet Kumar i am using a Airtel Pre-paid number as +91-9818613158 on the dated 21/02/2010 i called to a number 09354840819 but at that the due to some technical error from the side Airtel my call is connected to a Afghanistan number i.e. 009354840819. for that call i charged as Rs.15/Min. before that deduction i have a balance of Rs. and 24(Aprox.) at 1PM on the same day when i try to make another call the pre-recorded message given to me that I have no sufficient balance to make that call but still at that time I have Rs.9 in my balance then I make a call on Airtel customer care for the 2 problems as follows:
1. Unable to make any call
2. Unable to check balance while dialing *123# and 123
The customer care associate who received my call at that they say me that “this is a temporary problem kindly try to check your balance after 30 minutes and you are also able to make call after 30mins and he also tell me to once switch off-on my mobile”
I follow the entire process and then check my balance at 7PM on dated 21/02/2010 then the my mobile shows me the balance of Rs.9/- only then again I make a call to the customer care and the receiving person tell me that I make a call to Afghanistan(As an international Number) I told the CCA* that I not made up that call but he said me to check my recent dialed numbers in my mobile I checked them all and find the same no as 09354840819 which is a number of reliance telecom of Delhi-NCR then I again call on that no 09354840819 and just charged normal as 60ps/min (as My tariff) then again I call to customer care(TIME:- AROUND 7PM )and tell him to put a complaint of WRONG DEDUCTION from my account but the CCA tell me to charge-up my pre-paid a/c and pay Rs.50/- for checking the details from the Airtel and just tell me not to raise a complaint on my problem I made a warm request to that CCA but he not file my complaint.
This is not a issue of Rs.50 but a issue of Airtel service that if a customer is saying that he charged wrong for anything the CCA is not even filing a single complaint for him then what is the recruitment of customer care helpline if they can’t even file a customer’s complaint.

I have got my Airtel prepaid number (9871743522) recharged by Rs 225 on date 15/ feb/2010 at Airtel Sindhiya House Outlet. But till 20-02-2010. I have not got even a single penny in my account. And when contacted the person the person told the amount is debited to the post paid number. I am a bit confused how can a pre-paid number amount be on a post paid number. Is there any possible way out about this.
