icici charging money for demat account

I opened a share trading and demat account with icici. After opening I did not receive the username and password for over a month. I requested for a new password but did not get it for around 2 months as the icici employee who filled my address in the form at time of applying made a mistake. My email was also filled wrongly. Now icici has fined me for not using my account for a long time. Now this is not my fault as due to their employees mistake I dint get the password on time.
