rude behaviour of bank staff

i have two current account in panjab national bank kasganj dist kashiram Nagar.a/c no. 0261002100024242,0261002100024251.
i went to PNB to take the statement of my a/c. MR. shasikant gupta has autority to provide the statement. I say mr.GUPTA to give the statement to me , he don’t gave any reply to me then i say again and again for it but there is no reply so i return to back.
After some days again I went to bank for statement purpose. now I demend statement from BANK MANAGER. he says “abhi de raha hu”. then after wasting of 1hour and 35 minutes he says to me” agar aapko statement chaiye to bank time ke baad five O’clock aaye aur is time printer sahi nahi rahta”
so there is very rude behaviour in Pnb but now i feel very happy to find the service of UNION bank OF india.
