The canara bank ATM machine on sant lal road, ferozepur (Punjab) is not working properly most of the time. often the cash is not dispensed by the machine but amount is debited from the account and due to this the customers are harassed. Often balance enquiry or mini statement is not given by the machine. Sometimes the screen displays this message on inserting the ATM card– wrong account selected! Please repair the machine to stop harassment of customers.

1) I am an account holder of Canara Bank.
2) My account No. is 7200000382700, Canara Bank branch Faridkot (Punjab).
3) On 10/8/2009 at 19:55 I withdrew Rs 3000/- from HDFC bank ATM in Ferozepur (Punjab).
4) The money was not given by the machine but the amount was debited from my account.
5) On 11/8/2009 I registered my complaint on the above matter in complaint register of HDFC bank.
6) On 18/8/2009 I wrote an application on the matter to canara bank.
7) On 9/10/2009 and 27/1/2010 I sent reminders to Canara Bank. 
I am yet to get my money back.
9) My ATM card no is 4214 5824 4100 ****.
Kindly look into the matter and return my hard earned money to my account.

I have never seen a bank which is giving such trouble to the customer in spite of clearing all the dues against my Credit card.or atleast issue a Clearance letter or any settlement letter against the amount which i paid for my credit card.
I have applied for car loan in almost in Four banks and all the banks have rejected my request saying that u have some credits with HSBC so kindly don’t make my life miserable.
Please help to whom to contact to get a letter against my credit care also to remove it from CIBIL or suggest me a legal way in which i can approach for the same.
