Non Receiving OF MY NOC

Defaulting Company: ICICI BANK CAR LOAN DEPARTNMENT

I feel sorry to inform you that I have already cleared my Outstanding dues against my Car Loan a/c nuber LAGHZ00012683067 on 26/07/2010 and also received confirmation on the same thru SMS via SR 147371060.

And as per Bank directions I had to receive my hardcopy of NOC within 10 days .

But since almost One month Passed but still I have not received my NOC .

IS THIS THE WAY ICICI BANK TREAT ITS LOYAL CUSTOMERS ??

Due to this I am stuck up in the middle since I have sold my Car to someone and he stooped my Payment on this behalf that until and unless I will give NOC he wont give me Full Payment of my Car .
and due to this I am suffering mentally and Physically.

I have also Lodged Complaint in your customer Care on 26th Augest regarding this ( SR150040393)and they told that your NOC has been despatched thru Over note courier dated 26th Augest via Doc No : 410083504 but still since then almost 5 days passed and I have not received NOC .

Therfore I request you to Kindly Look into the Matter and ask NOC department to ensure URGENT DELIVERY OF MY NOC ON URGENT BASIS Immediatley to the mentioned address .

I hope you will Understand my situation symphatically and try to do Possible Help at the earliest at your end .

Cheated by ICICI Bank and ICICI prudential life Insurance

Hi,

My ICICI Personal loan account number is:LPHYD00011683280 , I could not pay my personal loan installment amount for the last 3 months due to my financial strains I had in my job.

ICICI collection department personnel came last month and told me we shall give you an settlement of 42% waive off on my principal amount, after talking to them thoroughly, they made me hypothecate my wife’s gold and gave them INR50000(Fifty Thousand only), they said they would give me the settlement letter the next day.

To my surprise now they say this is not a settlement amount and it has been adjusted towards the installment amount. If they cannot give me an settlement why should they promise an settlement and take this Rs.50000.

One Satish,Rammohan Reddy and Poornam, Collector ID card number – 1247468, had made these promise from the bank before collecting the amount.

One thing I have realized is that this is a bank which makes fraud and false promises to collect money. PEOPLE, BEWARE OF THIS BANK, THEY PRESSURIZE YOU TO TAKE A LOAN AND TO COLLECT BACK THE AMOUNTS THEY GIVE FALSE SETTLEMENT PROMISES.

The same thing happened which I took a ICICI pru life Insurance, last year I paid INR 40000, and took an insurance cover for my entire family, ICICI executive assured us that even maternity is covered. When my wife was admitted to hospital for delivery, ICICI says maternity is not covered in the policy.

I HAVE DECIDED NEVER AGAIN TO DEAL WITH THIS BANK OR ITS COUNTER PART AFFILIATE ORGANISATIONS. Disgusted with Brand ICICI.

Despute in my credit bill amount paid

I had an outstanding payment of Rs 17500.00 as on before 31-12-2009. On 30.12.09 I received a call from Barclays call centre that If I pay an amount of Rs 10000.00 on & before 2.01.10 I will get a new year discount of Rs 4500.00 on my balance outstanding amount. To grab this offer I paid the same on 1.01.10.of Rs 10000.00 cash to Mr. Saurav Gupta from RMS CREDIT SOLUTION PVT. LTD. ,who personally collected the same from me from my residence place with a receipt no.C835250,againt my barclaycard no.4339484682108626.

After a month ,I received a call from customer care to pay the outstanding amount. I informed them that I have already made a payment of Rs 10000 cash on 1.01.2010 with an offer of discount of Rs 4500 on my balance outstanding amount. Call centre officer was unable to trace my payment details of Rs 10000 in the system so asked me to pay minimum amount of Rs 2000 which I paid on 11.02.2010 receipt no.C1218421

Till date I am receiving a regular irritative calls from Barclays collection department that there is no record of payment collected from me on 1.01.10 an amount of Rs 10000/- cash & only have updation of Rs 2000/- which I did on 11.02.10 . Why should I pay the amount if already paid.?

After payments of Rs 10000.00 & Rs 2000.00 . Receipt as attached. Then why collection centre are denying that they don’t have any update for Rs 10000.00.I have the proper receipt for the same

Late Payement and interest rate charges on liable amount of stolen credit card

I have been using HDFC Services(Salary, Demat, Credit card, and personal loan) from past 3 years. And with the kind of trouble they have given to me with credit card service, they cannot expect me to continue with any of the HDFC services in future.

I have explained my scenario to around 25+ people in HDFC(Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and mumbai), just to make sure if I can get in touch with any person who can give me better service then explaining me about rules book of HDFC. Whoever spoke with me was a person who wanted me to follow the rules of HDFC, or someone who was as ignorant as myself. I have been talking to so many people, with initiative from my end or from there end. Only to come to a conclusion that bank is always right and I am wrong.

When my card gets stolen, someone else makes purchases on it. How can they expect me to make the payment on time, I do expect some kind of investigation to be happened(I hope we have more to do in Investigation apart from calculating the number of days delayed in reporting loss of card). When they say they have completed there investigation after 3 months, and make me liable for the disputed amount. It’s totally atrocious on there end to charge late payment, interest charges for this duration and directly debit amount from my salary account (Though they have rule to do that, and my stupidity of not reading it).

I do understand as a bank which serves millions of customers it will be difficult to put itself into the shoes of each customer. My intention is to understand how receptive HDFC is towards it customer, whether there is someone out there. Who can not only understand the problems customers are facing, but can also make decisions in providing better service.

HDFC can treat this mail as a rant, and need not bother about replying to me. As loosing one customer will not be a big deal to bank. And in my case, I do have other banks to deal with. My whole point in making this futile effort is to see how open a bank can be in providing services to it’s customer.

I can explain my scenario to all the people in HDFC who are interested in listening customer pain points, and willing to improve the service provided from HDFC. And would request all those people who have only rules to be shared to keep away from me, as I have no interest to join as an employee in your legal or collection department, nor am I interested in using your services.

loosing a draft

Dear Sir,

We are a travel agency and sometimes receive INR payments from overseas. There was a payment despatched from Citi Bank Singapore to Citi Bank Mumbai on the 24th of May and I received a draft from Citi Bank Mumbai who sent to our Syndicate Bank. Syndicate bank said that they have received the draft from Citibank but they have lost that draft. Because they have lost that draft they till date have still not credited that amount to my account. As we are facing fund flow problems because of this and need you to assist me as to how to claim damages etc from them. Please guide me and let me know.
