Harrashment given By loan recoveryPeople

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am dinesh Staying near/neigbhour the Person who had taken loan from the fulletron India. Miss Bharti kadam, her loan account no. 007425000004310
Further i like to inform you that i fill very pity on that family so i like to registered the compliant on behalf of them.
Miss bharti kadam lives in rented house with her old parents. reason for my complaints is that the fullerton india are harrassing there family from last six months. as miss bharti have lost her job and there no one wroking /helping person in there house the only her 70 year father goes for the work so i fill pity on them.
one i went to there house to ask why this people are coming to there house .i came to know they ar harrassing to pay the loan amount . furthe i asked her how much loan she has taken she said 30,000/- and she have already paid more than loan amount and know thay cant repay the loan as she have no work/ job and everyday the loan recovery man come to there house and behave in very wrongly manner and talk stupid thing with there ol;d paarents.Request any body can help them in this matter urgently. please contact her on parents 9272699574 and ask them how they are harrassing them every day.

Late Payment Fee

Hi,
September \’2008, I did swipe my Barclay\’s Credit Card for Rs 480. The due date of payment was 28th October and I did make an online payment as always for the Rs 480.The next statement, I get I see that a late payment of Rs 600 and taxes were added. When I called up the bank, they say that it takes 2 days for them to process online payment and so, I should have made the payment well in advance and have to pay the late payment. Since then I did make atleast 5/6 requests to reverse the charge, instead of resolving the dispute, Barclay\’s has been adding further late payments and intereset as it stands on June, 2009 the amount has been inflated to more than Rs.5000. The call center is the only way of communication with the bank and they seem to be very very adament to hear to customer\’s complaint.
Can someone please help me in getting this resolved, it\’s now pretty much a one sided communication, with the customer having to do whatever is said by Barclay\’s.

the companies had charges me 5400/- a good life Scheme, I dont know anything about this scheme and also now aware of this payment
now company is forcing me to pay this amount with interest and other charges

I HAve Complaints Against I.C.I.C.I Bank Of Wrong Transactions From my Credit Card Which I Have Not Done .

The Signature of the False Transaction are Not Matching With My Or My Any Nominee .

I Have No Car But the Transaction Has Been Done At Petrol Pump Of Rs 5300 Approx From The Place Which I have Never Visted .

Card Was Entact With Me It Was Never Lost / Misused .

So Pls Provide the Detail of How to File the Comaplints & What are the Other Aspects Of the Problems

Poor functioning of SBI Dharamsala

Sir,

The working of State Bank of India Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh is not upto the mark. There are long queues at the bank with improper arrangement for customers. the staff does not care for the customers who are their bread and butter. At times you have to spend more than an hour for a small thing like oney depositing. The bank should be sensitive to the plight of their customers.
