I bought a HP Pavillion Notebook on Dec 5th from India under the promotional offer. As Per the Terms and Condition Written on your Website It should take maximum 6 weeks to ship the gift to my communication address. I checked the Shipment and it was delivered on 12th Jan 2009,Consignment Number B50703639 (DTDC Courier Services). But Till now the Gift has not been delivered to me. I tried calling Many times to the
Redemption Cell Number. But Not sure unintentionally or Intentionally my
calls are being disconnected after 5 mins before talking to you Redemption
cell executive. I am feeling really harased as I never expected this kind
of unprofessionalism from World’s biggest/largest PC Maker.
When I wrote them they replied saying that due to cargo service problems
the delivery will be delayed by 15-20 days. This was communicated after
the stipulated time and when I asked for the reason there is no reply from
them till now.
Finally I made up my mind to write you. Please reply back soon.
I have all the supportings ready to justify what ever I wrote above. If
needed I can send across those.
Consequences : I called many times (STD Calls) from my cellphone even when
I was roaming. Also lot of my valuable time wasted in following up with
them. The Cost of Sending mails. I also felt very much helpless when they didn’t receive my call. I got mentally tensed.
Moreover the extended timeis also over and they haven’t bothered to contact me.

Hi AIm ranjit ehre form madras I had purchaseda n laptop from HCL on 18/04/2007 and I have an normal usage and after five and half months suddenly display was gone so I was trying to recfity but iam unable to do so I went to HCL service center koyambedu in madras and I have told themthere is no display and they told me immediately without any major check it is motherboard issue they said they got to replace the motherboard ofcourse which was on warranty period then they took 5 days time to replace the my motherboard and its working fine and with a normal and sometime heavy usage and after five months exactly on 08/04/2008 suddenly the same suddenly faced an no display issue and I have immediately rushed upto HCL service center and they have made an check they told me its an motherboard issue ofcourse i know it is very well again of course its on warranty period and they told me we have to replace motherboard with a cost even Iam in a warranty period I ask them why because its an physical damage not covered under warranty actually it was not an physical damage done by me actually it has happen itself and they had rejected the replacement in a warranty period and they told me the cost is Rs.17,000. So I told them its not possible because its under warranty period so there is no physical damage done by me it was small damage happened which even its not physical damage as claimed by them. So I have decided to file a lawsuit against the HCL and ofcourse Iam waiting for the right time to file a lawsuit against the HCL in consumer court or may be in MADRAS HIGHCOURT. Please somebody advise me how to move this issue furthur

I have a compaq presario c770tu laptop, serial no is
CND822V7Z2.
I am a engineering student from INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY branch,
In my laptop right side speaker doesn’t working,
when I went to the hp service center in chennai, they told that u
should pay for the speaker, but my laptop is under warrenty, they told
me that due to non windows media player speaker get damaged.
I fully study your terms and condition, no where mentntion how to use
the speaker, last time when i asked for the software then they reply
that i m responsible only for the hardware. They didn’t tell me even a
single word about software using.
Last time speaker problem also occurs, they change the speaker, they
didn’t give any suggestion me that which player I have to use.
So I therefore requst u please help me to change my speaker without
any extra pay and also they didn’t ready to give me in written in seperate paper, they give me in written in recepy sheet, and till decision they want to keep my laptop.
For this act of kindness I shall be highly obliged.

I have already sent this e-mail but have not yet got any reply :-
“I had ordered for a MP4 Video Player – 4 GB in indiatimes shopping ORDER NO – 110722615 in the month of Jul 2007 and it was intimated to me that the item will be submitted within 15 days. Cheque collected within few days and after that there is no response from indiatimes. After repeated reminders I had got the MP4 player in Sep last week. As soon as we used it we came to that it is a faulty piece delivered to us . Immediately we lodged a complaint in customer care, they suggested me, we are sending TNT courier for collecting it and it will be send back to you within 15 days. TNT courier collected it on 06 Oct 2007 and after lapse of more than 2 months and repeated reminders I still have not till date received MP4 player or my money back. When I have call customer care they replied your TNT Domestic Consignment Note No is wrong please intimate again.
Kindly do something about it.

I had ordered a Lic sofware with Datacomp, I paid my cheque of Rs 6755/-on 13/1/09 and then too the product was not installed for more than 20 days after that, so than I asked them to refund my money if they were unable to install the product, to which after lot of mails and phone calls they agreed, but then send cheque of Rs 6005/ – dtd 03/03/09, and have deducted 750/- as tax and admin charges, but why should I bear any charges and Tax as the product is not been installed due to inefficiency on the companys part.
Also the order form mentions clearly if there is any delay in installtion, complete money would be refunded.
Kindly please advice how to get the balance amount of Rs 750/- back.
