There is this Photo studio,where we give our prints to be devloped, In the month of last December 2009, i had given him my Olympus camera to take put prints of photos. The owner MR. Hiru Kripalani has lost the photo memory card and now because of that my camera is useless. we tried to talk it out with him but he refuses to compensate .

We have bought a Whirlpool Washing machine [Product Code: 11322(super wash)] on 2years back.

Suddenly the machine is giving problem now. The Motor of the wash tub is not moving after loading of water & cloths.
I have launched a complain in the Whirlpool call center on 6th June 2010 (Complaint No :MB0610004001) person came & checked & went back, came with a timer device of the washing machine after 2 days & replaced it. The machine was not working still.
Again I waited for the person to after 2 days Launched a complaint in the call centre again on 11th June 2010 ( Complaint No :7327) . Now still till today the Machine is in non working condition after repetitive follow ups.

Dear Sir
We bought a Philips Water Purifier on 6/6/2010, we have bought this from there Dealer (Siddhi Home Appliance ). This pcs after attaching buy there company person, it happen to be a defective pcs. We have spoken to the dealer, which he happen to give a replacement of the pcs but the pcs what he was replacing was a open pcs and not the new packed pcs. We we asked why this open pcs, he happen to say that the company has give like that only. When we called the customer care they told use that the pcs need to be replace with the packed pcs and not open, when we informed the dealer he then refuse to now make the change of the pcs now.
We have written to costumer care but they our not replying anything.
Would need your help and advice.
