I have purchased a pure it waterfilter from Jay super market , nashik road Sr. No. RPB0500803937 ON 18/07/2010.
From last 3 -4 days we observed that the filter is leaking from the bottom. we emptyed the filter and observe from the bottom that there is a hair line crack at the bottom, from which the water is leaking. We approached the dealer, he contacted the service center but following points I must mention
1) Before seeing the defect, the response from the service center is ” Aisa Ho hi nahi sakata.. This crack is not possible. you must have dropped the unit.The warrantee does not covers breakage.You have to pay Rs.425″ We as a user are sure that we have not done any jugglery with the instrument and this crack is a jenuine manufacturing defect. My request is I should get a new bottom pot.
2) This is an embarrasement to me that even one year is not completed to the unit and I have to bear this cost for no fault of mine.
3) I am really frustrated by seeing the approach of company like Hindustan UniLever.
I have nothing more to add, One thing is clear for me that henceforth I will not purchase any more products from this company.I am a very small customer for a very big company like you. I have made a mistake that I have purchased this product from you. At the time of purchasing the customer is treated as god, once the money is received from the customer, the customer is treated as begger in your after sales service.

I have purchased one Whirlpool refrigerator two and half years back. Till Sep 2009 it was working fine. Suddenly one day it stoped working.
I gave a complaint to Customer Care on 2-Sep-2009. After 2 days enginner has been visited and told problem with compressor and after a week so they came and replaced my original compressor and chargged around 2000/-.
Those guys were very much interested to sell me one stabiliser though i have branded working pieace.
It was working for 10 days and again my refrigerator stopped working. I gave a second complaint on 8-Oct-2009. After keep on following the customer care they have visited after a week and told the same problem and chargged 360/-.
20-Oct-2009 they replaced with some other compressor and told to keep the fridze in high cooling. After keeping a day also fridge not chilled.
Then again raised 3rd complaint on 22-Oct-2009(HD 1009012826).
I would request Whirlpool to help me is sorting out my problem.

Hi,
I bought an 21 inch Onida black color TV just ahead of Diwali. However there is an issue with the tv. It takes too long to start after you press the power on button on the remote. It takes 5-7 seconds to start and at times you feel it has not started. So you press the switch again and it switches off!
Also the display light on the tv panel does not blink when you press the start button on the remote. This makes it difficult to guess if the buttonhas indeed been pressed properly. Its a minor isssue but a bit irritating. Any body dealing with the same problem please tell your experience. The company’s engineers really need to look into this one.

Hello,
I have taken Airtel DTH connection on 2nd Oct,2009 in Ejipura(Bangalore) for Rs. 1750 containing 3 years \’Rest of India-New Value\’ channel package and is assigned customer Id: 3001602805. The technical team installed the setup and antenna on that day itself, but I could not see any channel, only help channel 999 is coming; getting Error Code=4 stating \’You are not authorized to view this channel\’. A complaint number 1154450 is issued. The technical team changed the cable wires and set up box but problem did not resolve. Next day (3rd Oct), I got a call from local technical team stating that activation is not done properly, will resolve it by today night; they worked till 9 PM on that day but could not solve it, getting same error message. Technical team communicated that they will look into it tomorrow. Next day (4th Oct), 2 technical engineers came to my place and tried to fix it , but all in vain; I forced them to let me talk to their supervisor. Supervisor communicated that he will come at 3 PM to resolve my isue and shared his contact number.
Nobody turned up so again I called him but his mobile was switched off. I called customer care but they conveyed complaint is opened and some team will come to fix it…!!!!…but till now nobody has come..!!!
This is really frustratung and extremely painful that such a prestigious brand is spoiling its own name. I w do not know when they are going to fix it and how many times I need to follow up with them. I hope this nightmare ends soon and I do not have to repent more.
I will not suggest any people to buy this worst DTH service.Please suggest a way to have these people take my issue seriously.

Hi,
I have a crosslink central locking and security system in my car. Its remote developed a problem and it is under guarantee/warranty period. I contacted the company engineer and he checked the remote. he told me that the remote is fulty and would be replaced by a new one but I have to pay Rs 200/- body damage charges. now this is absurd. I have used the remote normally and there was no extra wear and tear apart from that caused by routine usage. I was shocked. why should i give body usage/damage charges. Does the company expect me to keep the remote in new condition in order to replace it free? even if its faulty? I request the crosslink management to please reply.
