Hi,
I have a Eureka forbes air purifier.I bought it from Eureka forbes representative. I have tried to get its HEPA filter but it is not available in Ludhiana despite my repeated requests. This despite that i have bought the companys water filter, cacuum cleaner etc from its representatives. The swervice people are also not able to help. Nor have I been able to find out the filters price from the companys website.

I cancelled one product because their
executive misguided with features of product I ordered for.Now they are not
intended to pay back the refund.
From 2 months they are just delaying the refund cheque by promising every next week.
Their tele executives dont entertain me when I call their helpdesk.
Their officers reply all my emails with
refund promise every week and then willingly delay the delivery of cheque.
My bank (ICICI) is charging me EMIs every month for the product i never received.

I had bought a GODREJ A/C (Window 1.5 ton) from Ashoka Trading company, faridabad.
When I opened the piece for installation at my home, I found that Electronic Display unit and remote sensing unit is not presentin it. Without these two parts the AC cannot run. I chased this up with dealer and Godrej customer care, but neither the company is willing to provide these missing units nor the dealer is replacing the AC. My money has gone.
Is there anything which can be done to teach these people a lesson?
