Dear sir,
our washing machine got repaired an 1st week of march.our compliant no is:8406717395. We are calling daily for the customer care centre. The service people came and checked and said the gasket has to be replaced.It is almost 20 days over.Nobody turned up.calling the customer care is really a waste of time and all is in vain.Mean while I heve reported of another complaint about my electronic display. Nobody bothered about that.
We are really depressed.we are not clear whether our machine will be repaired or not.Ultimately we need you to take a stern action on the said service centre for their lethargic action.

I purchased a trouser from Priknit showroom BRS Nagar ludhiana sometime back. I was shocked when during the first wash its colour faded away. I went to their showroom to change it. They told me that the item was to be sent to the company so i should return after a week. I went after a week but did not get the trouser. Their manager told me they were still to send it back. I went next week but again did not get it. Finally on the third week i was able to get a replacement. however the fitting of the new trouser wa also not proper but after so many visits i accepted what i got even though i was dissatisfied with their service

dear, sir/madam i went to”amar maruti car dealer pvt ltd” at ANAND in GUJARAT to buy new maruti swift D’zire i gave them 2.05 lakhs as a part payment they told us that, come tomorrow pickup car and pay rest money. next i went there to receive car but they asked ten thousand rupees more same day delivery that money they were asking was cash no check so i refuse to pay more money and i asked my deposit money back but they told us that ” you have to wait few days to get that money”

i bought this samsung refrigerator from agra on 23-12-04 model no RT-40(S)
since then the fridge has never worked well. some or the other problem kept on occuring. recently some 9 months back a problem of continuous leakage started. several visits from engineers could not solve the problem. no a month back the cooling has also stopped. we sent the fridge to the service station in lawyers colony on 12-3-09. but now when we call them to know about our fridge they just keep us waiting or assure that they will send the fridge back to us very soon. i am sick and tired of such horrible customer service. please can anything be done about it?

After I saw your advertisement from the television, I placed an order with you for purchase of captioned one digital walker HW60018BF and free Dalphin Massager and paid a sum of Rs 3999/= in cash vide your cash memo number 002818 dated the 31st Oct, 2008.To my disappointment and misfortune, the same did not function well even after one week of purchase because of the defective remote We complained immediately and after repeated telephone calls to you and your staff Miss Pooja. Instead of replacing the above instrument with remote, your representative Shri Shyam Narain Singh gave me a walker which is not digital with a promise to give me a new one within 10 days and I had given him a sum of Rs100 for carrying the same to my residence with promise to come again with new piece of digital walker.
You will appreciate that this is not fair for the reputed company like yours to give me a faulty piece when the remote of the walker was not working making it difficult for me to use the same. The new piece is a free walker with out control over the movement. The purpose of purchasing the new has been defeated by your giving me a defective piece when you had assured at the time of delivery of the same that new replacement would immediately be made in case of any defect.
I am a senior citizen aged 72 plus and finding it difficult to use the same. Kindly replace the same forthwith and do not compel me to redress the grievance through media/consumer court etc.
I am very confident that you would not disappoint me and send me the new piece forthwith without any further delay.

The above is a letter dated 18th Feb,2008 written to the supplier of the abovesaid defaulty product to a senior citizen aged 72 plus.Despite several telephone calls, the product has not been replaced and which is causing mental tension to me as high blood pressure patient who is suffering from various ailments affecting the elderly persons.Kindly help me from further harrasement and get the product replaced.
