Dear Sir,
I have a whirlpool refrigerator with which there was a transformer supplied by the whirlpool service centre ludhiana. Last month the transformer broke down. As it was within warrasnty period I went to the service centre to seek replacement. But the service centre people tried to persuade me to buy a new one (cost around 1800) and asked me to pay only 900 for new transformer. They told me that company was not producing the transformer I had (LX 1600) and so it would be difficult to replace. But I dint want to pay extra money for new and bigger transformer. So I asked them to replace the original one as warranty was for replacement within two years. S I gave it to them. But more than one month has passed and even after a number of visits and phone calls I have not received my transformer which is supposed to arrive from the company. Meanwhile there is power fluctuation in my locality. They have not given me a temporary standby transformer. If my refrigerator were to burn because of voltage fluctuation then whirlpool should repair ir free as it is their fault.

I am Dr.Suresh, resident of Bangalore and request you to help me in filing counsumer cheating case against Reliance big DTH TV. I bought Big TV around 3 months back by paying 2200/- They gave me offer that I dont have to pay anything till one year. Now from the one month i am not able to get even DD National. I am getting only 2 channels only nothing else.I gave complaint to customer care and they promised tho rectify within 1 hour. After one hour they told it will be done within 4 hour. and after that they told within 48 hour. after 48 hour they said they will do it within 48 hour and after 48 hour they told again 48 hour …after 48 hours …so on..

They are literally making me crazy and am disturbed lot.

They are not bothered to solve even for 1 month and complaint remains same. Actually they have taken my money from my account and put it into somebody’s.

After over 100 requests also they are not bothering.

They have cheated me financially, mentally and are the direct cause for disturbing my professession and disturbing my patients.

I request you to initiate stern action against Big TV and help me to get compansation. They should not left without punishing.

please help me urgently.

I wanted a table from SK furnitures, Barewal road ludhiana. I paid half the money in advance and they promised to deliver it in one or two days. But the table i wanted to buy was delivered in 10 days despite the advance i had paid. Also i had to repeatedly go to their showroom. My advice to all people buying furniture in ludhiana is avoid SK furniture. they do not deliver on their deals.
