I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW REFRIGERATOR IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, 2008. DUE TO IT\’S LOW COOLING I MADE A COMPLAINT AT THE TOLL FREE NO.1800110011 OF SAMSUNG INDIA AND SUBSEQUENTLY COMPLAINT NO.8410005448 WAS PROVIDED TO ME. THEREAFTER MY REFRIGERATOR WAS TAKEN TO SERVICE CENTRE AT SONEPAT IN THE MONTH OF APRIL, 2009, WHICH WAS THEREAFTER RETURNED TO ME ON APRIL, 2009. BUT THE COOLING REMAINS THE LOW. THEREAFTER I AGAIN MADE A COMPLAINT ON THE AFORESAID TOLL FREE NUMBER OF SAMSUNG AND THEY TOOK MY REFRIGERATOR AGAIN TO THE SERVICE CENTRE ON 16.06.2009 AND ON 18.06.2009 I RECEIVED A CALL THAT THE DEFECT IN THE REFRIGERATOR HAS BEEN CLEARED/IMPROVED. BUT SINCE THAT DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFRIGERATOR BACK. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING THE ABOVESAID TOLL FREE NUMBER TO KNOW THE LATEST POSITION AS TO WHY MY REFRIGERATOR HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TO ME, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE OTHER SIDE. IT IS THEREFORE, RQUESTED THAT NECESSARY ACTION MAY PLEASE BE TAKEN AGAINST THE SAMSUNG COMPANY.

I am subhash jha purchaged Bajaj Food processor from dariya gang amd he told me that demostrator will reach at your home from company.when demonstrator have reached the house and started the machine but the machine was not started then he open all part of the food processor.After leving of demonstrator i have stareted the food processor but it was not started then i have complain in bajaj company to replace the food processor but he is not coming to cure the food processor or replace the instrument.I am fadeup with bajaj.

Failure reported on Magnetron on 06/02/2009. Customer complaint No- PUN0602090552 Dt: 06/02/09. Till date no replacements made. No assurance given when this complaint will be addressed even after 4 Months since the complaint has been registered.
