Hi,
This is to inform you that i have been cheated by Zee Institute of media Arts Mumbai. I have joined Smoke Compositing course at Zima Mumbai. I joined the institute because of the faculty and the brand name ZEE and Autodesk. I paid 60000 rupees for the course.We were promised to have a well trained teacher and one auto desk smoke compositing machine per student.We have been2 student on one machine therefore we did not have sufficient time to practice as a promised to us..The trainer her self is not completely versed with the software and i herself trying to learn the machine. We have been continuously informing the manager Mr Anshuman regarding the same. Finally we approached India head of Zee Education Mr Subhodhdashi and requested him to look into the matter. but he did not co operate. Now i am left with no other option than moving on to the consumer court. I need help to file the case and fight for my rights.

i had booked an air ticket on jet airways on 27 may 2010 on travelocity .co.in ref no ID 101582193 online and was issued a confirmed ticket from mumbai-chennai, chennai -colombo round trip. 12 hours earlier too i reconfirmed on jet airways and they confirmed the full leg of the above trip. when my wife reached the domestic terminal at 8a.m they accepted her luggage , and didnt issue her the boarding pass, finally after the flight took off at 9 am they said they cannot send her as they are overbooked. my wife had to meet her mother in colombo as it was an issue of life and death, her mother was critically ill. the jet airways was staff and rude and totally unco-operative, wish you could help me in this matter and see that the airlines dont repeat this again.

I HAD TAKEN UP A COURSE[SAP IN CRM] IN THIS INSTITUTION IN THE MONTH OF SEP 2008 AND STILL HAVE ATTENDED ONLY A EW CLASSES, HOWEVER GOT TO KNOW THAT THIS INSTITUTION SHUT DOWN RECENTLY IN FRAZER TOWN AND WAS NOT INFORMED ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. DAYANAND KUMAR, MANAGER HAD PROMISED TO REPAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT I PAID AS THE COURSE FEE BUT HAS BEEN POSTPONING THE SAME FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND NOW HIS PHONE IS SWITCHED OFF AND EVEN THE MANAGER FROM THE JAYANAGAR BRANCH CONTINUES TO IGNORE MY CALLS. I DO NOT WISH TO COMPLETE MY COURSE IN SUCH AN INSTUTION RATHER WANT MY MONEY BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND SUCH A LOUSY PLACE FOR ANYONE WHO HAS HEARD ABOUT EMATRIX.
