Yesterday in late in the evening at around 9.30 i along with my known aunt, went to have jeera masala at Sidhivinayak Medical and General store, which is located opp. St. Xavier’s technical institute, close to S L Raheja Hospital.
we ordered 2 bottles, the bottle from which the aunt was drinking after she finished almost half, realised there was something inside, when checked properly there was an empty Gutka packet inside the bottle. when questioned the owner of the shop, he said it comes in huge bluks, so did not check. i persistently asked him to give me the dealer’s phone number. but he said that he does not have it. and asked us to come after 2 days for the number. it is quite surprising that he was not having dealers’ number. we understood that he is lying to us.
requesting you to kindly look into this matter.
and take these shops owners and dealers to task since they are playing with the health of common people.

I found pieces of glass inside thums up bottle while drinking, in front of the retailer. Two pieces of glass stuck inside my mouth, suddenly i vomit a lot. as for proof the bottle is kept with the retailer. i want fair result regarding the same. please help me soon.

I bought a lays red packet worth Rs 20 with tomato flavour and in it I found three chips which were dark brown and black in color and twisted out of shape. These people sell a 50 paisa potato for Rs 20 but that also they cant do properly.

We have some retail outletss for milk in our colony near bellandur. The retailers charge Re. 1 above for the milk packets sold by them. For example the milk 1/2lt. pkt toned milk mrp printed on the packet is Rs.8 and the retailer charges Rs.9 to the consumer. If asked the answer is that they include transportation changes, whereas the milk is supplied right in their door steps.
