we have a shivalik gas connection at our home but the dealer shivalik gas ludhiana is always delaying supply. the cylinder comes 20 days or more after booking. please take action against the agency.

Kasana Gas Agency in Noida, Uttar Pradesh supplies Indane gas cylinder. My consumer number is 5328. We put in a request for gas cylinder on February 22, 2010. The Kasana Gas Agency has not sent the cylinder yet. We have called them up at least 5 times. Everytime, the Kasana Gas Agency attendent says the gas would reach you by evening. Their Gast tempo does come to our locality in Sector 82, but the Kasana gas agency tempo sells cylinder in black.
The Kasana Gas Agency is extremely notorious in the supply. They are involved in black marketeering in a big way. We, the consumers, are bonafide proof of it… Today is the 11th day and the Kasana agency is yet to send the cylinder.
Please do something and let us know what more we can do in this matter…

I booked a gas cylinder with the company mentioned above on 17Feb2010. They said there is a 10day waiting period which means it should have been delivered on 27feb 2010 which was a saturday. We have stayed put at home from 25th Feb till date cancelling all engagements.They have not delivered it so far and they tell us today when we called, that we were not at home when they came and it will take some more time because of our default!!!! This sinot the first time this has happened although this time we srecorded all the details. Please help us and also take action against them so that they dont repeat it in future.

dear sir shivalik gas agency,dealer of H P gas,is not delivering gas cylinder on time.they book gas after 21 days and then take fiften days to deliver the cylinder.please take strict action against the company.

I am Indane gas customer and I am facing a major problem in booking the refill gas at Madhavi Gas Agency, Shaikpet every month. The phone lines on the below numbers are always busy.

Also once I had personally gone to book but inspite of 10 minutes remaining for the shop to get closed, the clock there already was 15 min fast and I was rudely told to come the next day to do the booking. These agencies should realise that it is their duty to serve the customers and provide atleast basic services.
