Its always a problem to book for a refill over phones. I am trying from last 5 days at frequent intervals starting from morning till evening, but fails to get through. The number will always in busy.

i have applied a new gas connection at get confirmation letter from kumar gas agency tirupur they compelling me to buy a gas stove which cost Rs. 3570/- from them and refusing me to accept deposit from me with buying a new cylinder . moreover i am not interest to buy the gas stove which is available same model at Rs 1500/- i want to know the actual cost of the stove selling in the agency with model and cost.
why they are compelling even though in the declaration stated that buying the gas stove is not compulsory.
please give remedy measures.

We are Indane Gas Consumer for the past 25 years recently there is a law stating that everybody has to get a token number after showing their ration card to the LPG agents. During that time we are not having the ration card we applied and we got the ration card. Now we are not allowed to book LPG gas for our consumer number. The representative attending these bookings are showing personnel Vengeance against us. we are having a tough time for the last two years without having gas in our house. So please Intervene in this issue and give us justice.

Tremendous time is spent in doing followup with this.
