Humble request. Please do not buy reliance netconnect datacard. Telling from my experience. The speed is nowhere near promised speed. The local office from whom i bought the reliance datacard care too hoots for the customers.It is difficult to contact customer care. They keep changing numbers. Please be safe than sorry. Keep away from this cheap company.

NIVYAH, BROADBAND CONNECTION – MOST IRRESPONSIBLE, UNRELIABLE AND ZERO VALUE SERVICE PROVIDER, MUMBAI

This is a complaint paged against M/s. NIVYAH, a Broadband and Internet Lease Line Service Provider, Mumbai, a Company nothing less than a disreputable small hang out with a Zero value competence and reliability. This grievance is posted with a view to apprise all the prospective consumers to let them realize of the most deficient and substandard after sales services and underprivileged customer care rendered by M/s. NIVYAH, which has caused extensive financial indentation to us and our corporate clients.

M/s. NIVYAH is a brand name Company managed by M/s. Parshwa Purushotam Parind Parekh Netwarks Pvt. Ltd (known as P4) having its Registered office at 506/7, Balarama Bldg., Opp. Sales Tax Bldg., BKC, 5th Floor, Bandra( East), Mumbai – 400051.

We, M/s Mazeweb, are Internet hosting firm with all IT solutions under one roof. Our Registered office address is 111, Nahar and Seth Industrial Estate Cardinal Gracious Road, Chakala, Andheri (East) Mumbai – 400 099 Maharashtra, INDIA. Our Tel.: 91 22 6671 2857 / 58.

We are one of the highest levels of hosting service providers excelling in various fields such as Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Web Designing, Web Development, Servers hosting and E-Commerce Solutions etc. We are specialized in Anti-spam Filtering Services, Online Application Development and Business IT Support. Our other areas of focus are Email Hosting, Marketing and Corporate Mailing Solutions.

To begin with, we narrate the most atrocious and reckless acts of their over-smart engineers who unilaterally disconnect the Internet link at any point of time on various indefensible excuses, without informing or caring for their users.

Our anguish and distress is on account of compounded incidents of link outage incessantly for number of hours with no immediate proactive measures initiated by the engineers of M/s. NIVYAH to exterminate the upheavals and restore the perfect working of the system to facilitate their clients and set an example of exemplary customer care. This certainly, is a farfetched contemplation with having one of their self proclaimed geniuses, Mr. Harshal Dalal who is unfortunately a coordinator of this Company.

We, along with their other core clients expect that their coordinator Mr. Harshal Dalal, upon receipt of any written or verbal notification in case of link outage, should immediately investigate the breakdown and ensure the restoration of Network to enable their clients to use the services relentlessly with no impediments like malfunctioning or failure of their applications, equipments etc.

After restless follow-up with persistent calls, the link gets partially restored and even after the partial restoration of the link, one never gets convincing refinement. It is beyond skepticism that despite the gross negligence and laxity on the part of this incompetent Company shamelessly asserts a guarantee of 99.6% uptime to their clients. The menace of recurrent disruption of link outage continues due to the nastiest governance by this hoodwink Company.

One more case of incompetence is worth to mention here that one of their engineers Mr. Vishal who, once contacted by us, excused that there is a Major breakdown in TPC (a link carrier) responsible for persistent deficiency in our system. While our call was kept on hold, we overheard Mr. Harshal Dalal arguing about a chaotic situation with another client.

We could gather from their talk that M/s. NIVYAH had changed the uplink provider from TATA to Bharti and the transition was not planned properly nor were the customers updated of such an important action.

Such immoral act to do so indicates that M/s. NIVYAH is interested to garner the hidden benefit out of a cheaper treaty from the competitor service provider. Their corrupt moves of such kinds play pivotal role to cripple the business of their clients for sure.

The most erratic and incoherent behavior of Mr. Harshal Dalal is enough to shunt away their clients to other service providers to have healthier business relations with punctual services. It is now sure that it is most unsafe to continue any more with a con Company like this.

During the last few weeks there have been numerous downtime periods and we lost 6 major clients who were on trial business with us. Our live mail servers and web servers were running on the link provided by M/s. NIVYAH. Losing new and reputed clients caused significant financial loss to our business along with discoloration to our reputation.

Their rigid posture and lackadaisical approach to their users is a matter of serious concern. Summing up all these breaches on their part, the judicial measure is the only solution to compensate the business loss through Consumer Court.

We have recorded the frequencies of link outage; have also saved all the necessary documentary evidences like SMS, Emails etc. to support our stance before the Legislative Authorities. It is said that a Company is known by the employees it keeps. The wretched and thick-skinned approach of their engineers and Mr. Harshal Dalal towards our problem of frequent collapses has compelled us to represent our plea to Consumer forum, Internet Service Providers’ Association of India and India Broadband Forum.

One must be well aware that deficiency in services is contrary to the Provisions and Rules of Indian Contract Act which M/s. NIVYAH have utterly and undeniably failed to accomplish, courtesy to their careless coordinators.

We have decided that for the common welfare and awareness of the IT Business Community and small but gullible clients, we shall also write to well-read Social Networking Websites and numerous leading Forums of the Country to voice out our grievances on-line to provide suitable coverage and publicize our complaint before the people of India to remain alert and be away from such immature and imprudent Companies.

Besides the financial loss that we have incurred on losing our clients on account of their breaches, it is abhorrent fact that no amount of retribution can make up for the trauma and mental torture that we have gone through.

We conclude with an open notification that we shall neither take any blame nor would be responsible for any inauspicious and repulsive consequences either legal or otherwise that may have disturbing impact on any of their living person or a body corporate that may arise during the course of any circumstantial or incidental exposure to redress our grievances with various online Community Forums.

i had disconnected the reliance internet connection and also informed about it at customer care.despite of that i have been getting frequent calls to pay bills of high amount of those months when internet was disconnected.

I am having reliance Broadband Netconnect having no. 9320718450. earlier I was residing at Nerul in Navi Mumbai and shifted to New Location in Navi Mumbai at Kamothe. This location is having a problem of network which was reported to Reliance customer care on 11th May 2010 Complaint no 123760896. This call was closed on 20th May 2010 saying that problem will be resolved on 23th May 2010.

Again I booked a complaint on 26th May 2010 for the same reason till date the problem of network is not resolved. Meanwhile a bill was generated which was waved off vide my request no 126538196. and subsequently since network is not available in my area, to keep my Data card active for emmergency uses I requested for its migration to pre-paid vide request no 127664040 on 27th May 2010.

After 7 days when I approched the R-world, they are asking for Pro-reta payment of Rs. 350/-.

My request to R-com is that since It was not possible for Reliance to provide services in my area, that is the reason I am changing my plan. Then why I am asked for the payment of the services which was not available to me during this period.

Further a bill was received, on 17th June 2010, while no action is taken till date on resolving the Network
issue.

Request to kindly intervene in the matter.
