Credit card fraud

I have tried to subscribe for one day offer, of the site http://www.indianspycams.com/. I have entered all my valid credentials of visa. Then the web site reported transaction failed. I simply closed the browser. After two days when I saw my credit card statement they have not only taken $50, with neither sending information to the email which I used at the time of subscribing. I don\’t know how transaction failure can deduct money from my credit card?

I want to get back my hard earned money which these websites try to squeeze by luring us.

Misleading Marketing/Slow Internet Speed

Hi, i am Amit Maheshwari staying in Ulhasnagar Camp – 5, i bought a new Reliance Broadband + connection in April 2009 with Mobile no. 9320609439 & Reliance Broadband AC No. 2383817866.
Since from the day i got it connected the maximum download/upload speed that i get is not more than 1.44 KBPS, where as according to company advertisement it states speed upto 3.1 MBPS.
Even after numerous complaints & follow ups they have not resolved my issue & now they ve sent a bill.
According to the Emails i received from Reliance Technical team there\’s some problem with HSD in my area but the fact is that HSD is not available at all in whole of Ulhasnagar & Reliance is actually selling Broadband + Internet which can give faster speed on HSD network only. They already have a Netconnect Internet Product which works on Reliance CDMA 1X Network & is lot cheaper than Reliance Broadband + which requires HSD Network for good speed.
Reliance is still not accepting the fact that they sold me something that doesn\’t work in my area & are not eager to help me as well.
Please Help.

MTNL Broadband connection

I have made several oral complaints and personally met Deputy Engineer Broadband, Vile Parle Telephone exchange on 12th & 13th of May 2009 and also given written complaint about non functioning of my triband connection of the my telephone no. 26111921. After lot of follow up, they sent a technician/ engineer who visited my place on 14th May 2009 in the afternoon around 3.00 pm and did some repair work, after which my internet started working. But on the same night ie on 14th May 2009 itself, the net went out of order again.
I called up the Deputy engineer Mr Chabbi again on 14th & 15th of May 2009 about the frequent problems with the internet, with most of the times the connectivity going out of order and also being very slow.
I am facing lot of inconvenience, hardship and loss of business because of this.

Wrong billing

I had a data card of Reliance for connecting to internet for a monthly charge of Rs300. Initially I had a plan of Rs650, but later got it reduced as it had a minimum usage- this reduction was suggested by Reliance. As the speed was very slow, I used to use that only when away from home and without any other internet facilty. At home I have other 2 connections. During 06Feb-02April I was at home and used the card for a maximum of 5 minuntes during power cut and telephone problem. To my surprise I got a bill of Rs802 for that period. Reliance failed/denied to give any explanation or present bill details to me, though initially the company officials said they will send me the details soon. Though this was disconnected due to non-payment I got another bill even in the next month. Lastly I got one mail from the company that they have checked the systems and confirmed that disputed amount is correctly billed for the bill period. Can wee take any action against this?
