I am Vinod, staying in Chennai.I want to say the way I was cheated by Reliance web world.
I bought Reliance Datacard in the month of November 2008, and the connection was very slow.Almost 3 mins from one page to another.I complained and they told that it will be sorted in 7 days time.I waited till March month no use.The connection is very poor again I lodged the complaint on March 22 and no response.So I did not pay my March 2009 month due and the Relaince disabled my netconnection.But for the last 3 months I am getting the bill, now reliance is sending some collecting agent for paying another 1500 rs for the last 3 months.It is so frustrating, and it really pains where you are not using and are forced to pay the bill.
Kindly suggest what should I do.

My name is Devendrasinh N Rajput.
I am from Vadodara,Gujarat.I had purchased “TATA INDICOM PLUG2SURF” on 20-feb-09.They had told me that i have free using in one sceme(worth rs.1099 per month) for two months it means that i have free access upto 20-apr-09. But according to their Bill period(started on 5th date of every month and end on 4th date on every month) I have free access upto 4-apr-09,if i will not contact them before my current scheme will be continue(worth rs. 1099) and i have to pay that. BUT THEY DIDN\’T MENTION ME ABOUT THAT CONDITION ABOUT BILL PERIOD ENDING ON EVERY 4TH DATE OF EVERY MONTH.
So what i have to do because i dont wanna continue that scheme and now i have to pay for that scmheme and they didn\’t mention about that and now they charge me whole amt.
