From 15th-2010 March to 6th May-2010
For First month (15th Mar-2010 till 31st Mar-2010) I have been paid as per the offer letter ,In second month I returned back from Clint Place due to some issues ,as per ASM Technologies Ltd those were few performance issues though I don’t keep any concern with their statement ,I have been told not to come in office till I have been selected for another project ,they notified me about the same through mail with no payment of wedges until I have been given new project But I did not shown my concern for the same and reverted back as copied mail pasted below and ultimately they did not pay full month salary, Please help me to get pay off pending amount ,
Secondly they enforced me to leave the job ,It was kind a termination as I have not given resignation letter in writing they Paid me pity amount and told me to leave ,Legally they must have paid me notice period lei equal to one month salary as mentioned in appointment letter
Please intimate me in case any further requirement from my side, will respond ASAP
