The agent has also refused to communicate further thus increasing the problems and confusions for me.

Domestic Help

This is a bogus helpline service as all other helpline services which provide house maids. They take the commission provide the maid and then when they go home they never return after 1-1.5 months they come with a replacement who again stays for a month and then disappers , this has happened twice with me. Jancy cooly pockets all the commission and then does not take calls, if you call from different numbers , different people pick up. I asked them to provide another servant as per their agreement.I feel they use one girl to collect commission. one month they send her and after collecting commission they will take her and put her in another house. I have a small baby and they play like this, its quite disgusting.

Cheating in GPRS service

Hi,
My cell no is 9845002521. I am an Airtel consumer for last 10 years. recently on Call center’s advice, I subscribed for one week unlimited GPRS plan of Rs 140. on 6th day I got an SMS asking whether I want to stop the service or not. In case no replies, the Service will be renewed. I send required SMS stating that the service can be stopped. I was under the impression, my service will be stopped after 7th day since I have paid for 7 days. To my surprise, they stopped the service immediately. When I contact the call center, they said since you have sent an SMS, it has been stopped.

If somebody has paid for 7 days , how can they stop it on 6th day? They have done it deliberately since subscriber can do two things. Either forget to send an SMS. In that case Airtel will automatically renew it. Or will definitely send an SMS much before 7th day end time. So they will stop immediately cheating subscriber for balance hours or days which he has already paid. In my case it was for 1 day , about 20 Rs. Imagine thousands of such cases and the money earned by airtel without providing service. I have all the documents to show.
