Dear Sir,
I am a customer of BSNL. I have a pre-paid mobile number 9464310230 in Punjab Circle. My SIM has been hacked by someone. My balance keeps on getting low for calls never made by me. when I got my call details, I was shocked to see that there were many calls shown from my number which I had never made. There are numbers like +918126252361 and +919023841066. When I recharge my phone the balance gets reduced soon after as there are calls being made by hacking my SIM. When somebody rings on my number, my phone does not ring but the call gets connected on some other number. This is not only a financial loss to me but also a possible threat to the security of the nation as anti-social, anti-national elements can hack anyone’s SIM and misuse it. I may tell you that I live in a border area. Please consider the matter to be of utmost importance and order an enquiry immediately.

I have recharged my mobile on 21/02/10 with Rs. 88.00, for the unlimited(700Per day)STD & LOCAL free messages. But from that day airtel is deducting 0.50p for every STD SMS. Four times i give the complaint in airtel care which have the following complaint No.:-

After the first complaint i got a call from airtel & executive told me that now you can send the std messages without any deduction of balance. after this call when i start again messaging on STD no, i have found the same problem. After that several times i have called to Care and every time they give me only one answer that after this call no balance will be deduct for your STD messaging. Today is 05.03.10, but my balance is continuously deducted for the STD messages. My no. is 09717911785.
Now some body please help me that what should i do?

Dear sir,
I have purchased your Prepaid Airtel no. +919557119733 and +919557119433 three months ago.Outgoing calls on both the numbers are barred since 20-02-2010.As per discussion with your coustomers care executive they are not capable to short out my problem.
And then i Finally visit your Prepaid Airtel office situated at Johar Complex, Rishikesh, Distt. Dehradun (Uttarakhand). They did not help me regarding this matter and also did not pick up my phone.
Please tell me if you are capable of being short out my problem or not. If not then tell me I will break down your sim and send it back to your Head Office.

I have been a regular user of Airtel postpaid number in Chennai. The customer services in this region do not exist or could be negative to say. On roaming the missed call services don’t work and I was not been able to receive incoming calls for a month. I called up the customer care and made complains but in vain. My mother was hospitalised, apart from that I was away from work . This kind of thing caused such a mental harrassment.I had told the exceutives while filing this complain that if this does not get solved I’m not paying the bills. However they were very unconcerned. Even on coming back when I tred to resolve the issue I was given a complain number but there has been no follow up till date. If this is the kind of service levels Airtel provides I really doubt how long is it going to survive. Let mobile number portability come in and let airtel see the game then
