I have been a regular user of Airtel postpaid number in Chennai. The customer services in this region do not exist or could be negative to say. On roaming the missed call services don’t work and I was not been able to receive incoming calls for a month. I called up the customer care and made complains but in vain. My mother was hospitalised, apart from that I was away from work . This kind of thing caused such a mental harrassment.I had told the exceutives while filing this complain that if this does not get solved I’m not paying the bills. However they were very unconcerned. Even on coming back when I tred to resolve the issue I was given a complain number but there has been no follow up till date. If this is the kind of service levels Airtel provides I really doubt how long is it going to survive. Let mobile number portability come in and let airtel see the game then

I have got my Airtel prepaid number (9871743522) recharged by Rs 225 on date 15/ feb/2010 at Airtel Sindhiya House Outlet. But till 20-02-2010. I have not got even a single penny in my account. And when contacted the person the person told the amount is debited to the post paid number. I am a bit confused how can a pre-paid number amount be on a post paid number. Is there any possible way out about this.

before recharge they offered me if u recharge wid 44 then u get(44+44 night v-v calling pack),but after recharged they did not give me full facilites of this recharge..
please tell me what can i do?

Dear Sir,
I am using the Airtle Mobile # 9632175361 number for more than a year. On Jan 28th 2010 evening 5:00 PM. I received an IVR call on this same number asking me to resubmit my documents.I called back Airtel Customer Care to check and was told the same. Past one year I have called Airtel customer care more than 20 times and each time I had gone through Identity check, then no agent told there was a problem with my details. On Jan 30th at 02:00 PM I submitted my documents at Frazer Town Airtel Office in Bangalore and was given the receipt for my resubmission. Abruptly, without notification, Service to my number has been withdrawn and I am facing a lot of difficulties because of this.I also have Airtel postpaid Landline connection 08050296918.Airtel has given me Rs100 free talktime on this mobile connection, when I took postpaid landline. So there is no way Airtel can say, that they do not have my contact details. I have talked to Airtel customer care but they are not reinstating my previous balance of Rs 400 , which I recharged on Dec 2009. Also they are asking me resubmit documents again.
Please help me in getting my recharge amount back.
