Sir,
i have applied for the broadbend combo plan and application given to change the plan from “SULABH” to “COMBO” on bill plan is already changed and recieved two combobills, But physicaly my landline phone has same as “SULABH” and no any “COMBO” plan\’s facilities is started hence two months eleps.
2] DUPLICATION OF BILL :- I pay annual bill for the both LANDLINE as well as BROADBEND. I had already pay the bill of april2009 in advanced even Rs 330/- with charges from 25th.april to 30th.april2009 is given to which is already paid annualy payment, hence request to look in the matter.
3] I am retaired gov.of gujarat officer given the evidence for the but no any discount [ as 20%]is given

I purchased a mahindra Logan DLS last year which was delivered to me on 14th Feb 08.The car ran without any problems till June08 ( 4 months ) and started giving below mentioned problems:
1) Power windows getting jammed
2) Dash Board making Squirking noise
3) Door Latches making noise
4) Poor mileage
5) Engine Raising
Problem no 1 to 4 were resolved for time being and kept coming up repeatedly.Although the service staff assured me that the work is done i have to take the car to their workshop atleast once in a month.
The latest complaint (Point 5) which i had in May 09 was for Engine running fast and raising at a particular speed.When I took the car to the authorised workshop they told me that I had to replace the clutch cable and the same was done,However the problem continued and today it was told to me that the Clutch plate whcih is a wear and tear part hasd to be replaced.My car has run around 38000 kms and i am been informed that every 30000 to 35000 kms the clutch plate goes through wear and has to be replaced which is costing approximately Rs.12000..The car is been serviced at Global Gallerie workshop at Thane.The technicians here are not able to give me a correct and timely diagnosis of the problem nor a solution.
Also the colour of the car which i believe has some warranty is faded in some parts.I am overall with the entire experience with mahindra and need some legal help on the same.

Naveen Automobiles in Patparganj Industrial Area Delhi is worst service station. they are fleecing customers and changing parts when not required. I appeal to maruti suzuki to please look in to the working of this service centre

Dear Sir,
I choose to buy Maruti SX4 ZXi against Honda City and had procured the same through Motor Craft Sahibabad, I was been told that they have one December 2009 model which arrived to them in March 2009 and had given me the price, I was also speaking to Bagga link Patpargunj who were processing my car loan through ICICI bank were as Motor Craft processing the same through HDFC bank, My ICICI loan got approved from ICICI bank and I was ready to wait for HDFC bank approval as there was a difference of 1.5% in interest charges. Motor Craft assured me that if I transfer ICICI bank loan to Motor Craft they’ll arrange to get me the ICICI bank loan at the same interest rate of HDFC, so I provide them the transfer letter and asked them to give me the calculation well in advance so that I know they are keeping their promise. In few days I got delivery of the car but ever since I am trying to understand two things for which I am not getting any answer from Motor Craft agents so far.
1. I asked them to show me proof that manufacturing date of the Car is December 2009 but it looks like they are making lame excuses about the same and not giving the information
2. They are unable to produce any document which shows that they had reset my ICICI loan at the same rate of HDFC bank.
The agents who had assured me the above are Bipin Singh and Anil who is his boss

I ( Dr. David), Manipal, have spark car. recently in the month of april i had met with an accident, then my car was taken into service, now it is almost 2 months and no reply of my car being repaired. while calling the customer they are saying that the parts list has been sent late. that is not my mistake for not getting the care. daily now iam undergoing so much of harressment. please kindly look into the situation immediately.
