I HAD PLACED A ORDER WITH INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB ON 03/03/2009 VIDE ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD FOR Rs. 1699/- for which I GOT A CONFIRMATION ON MY MOBILE SAYING THAT
“We have received your order (MITBC-WEB-02088860) with india today book club for Rs. 1699.00 your order will be processed within 3-4 weeks. Thank you”
But it is almost 4 months past now and i am yet to receive my order. I have been raising the complaint with these people vide email at response@indiatodaybookclub.com but all my efforts have gone waste.
They had asked for the credit card copy for almost 3 times for there reference which clearly shows an amount of Rs. 1699/- has got charged vide my credit card on 03/03/2009 towards “LIVING MEDIA INDIA LTD. DELHI”
I want the concerned to take up this matter strongly and refund me back my money with interest for 4 months

I have tried to buy a book online on infibeam.com. They processed online payment through ccavenues. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but my order has not been placed/processed. I have sent the transaction number to infibeam but they have not responded so far. Neither have I got any response from ccavenues.
