Sir i want to inform u one thing that,when i saw my passport status on Internet, I founded a problem with my name, my full name is ATUL KUMAR SRIVASTAVA,but in your passport stetus ,it shows– STUL KUMAR SRIVASTAVA,the 1st alphabet spelling ‘A’ is replaced with ‘S’.It should be ATUL KUMAR SRIVASTAVA.
So i request to you sir please make currection on this mistake, i will be thank full to you sir,police enquiry has been held already still am waiting for my passport. The police enquiry has been completed in AUG 2009

I have not received my passport since last 3 year .The authorities at Lucknow (India), is so much negligent that all request and query fall in to waste. They are not even sincere to reply the complaint which was emailed them so many times in the past.
Every time public officers told me that you will receive your passport within 1 months /15 days. They have received the Police verification but they don’t have verification form. There is no proper arrangement of the documents. I spend too much money since the last three years for my passport.
This is the position of our independent nation that after three years still I am waiting for my passport.
My Application No is LKO Z042404 – 2006.
Please do the needful.
