Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to lodge a complain against You Telecom India Pvt. Ltd. for not reimbursing Rs. 2000 which was paid to them at the time of installation as refundable fees. I disconnected the internet connection in December 2008 and despite giving them numerous calls to refund my modem deposit, there is no action on their part. They are suppose to pay back the money in 45 days from the disconnection.

Could you please look into the matter and advise what steps to be taken?

i have a more difficult problem in hdfc bank ltd and new account opening. i visit the hdfc bank for new account open, i meet the hdfc bank maneger JAHISH DARUWALA and he say your account is not open hear. You go Onether Bank and Open your account There.the mentali torchar he is told me you came next time every time he say that and not reply to me and he is insalting me . this time he was say me you can open your account any other bank.
