I am a user of airtel for last 5 years in duration i have switched many off connection because day by day its becoming unreliable.they are charging money by themself without any prior notice and when asked them about it,they simply denies to take any charge and blame the customer for it.even they donot talk in good sense.they are very clever may be airtel is giving false training about who to tackle such a matter which is wrong in eyes of law.please take some appropriate action beacause today its just a matter of 30 rs tommorow 300 when multiplied by no of users can rise upto 3 crores they are selfish,greedy and creating wrong impression of who to do buisiness

Since the last one hour, I have been continuosly receiving unsolicited sms from a site named www.fullonsms. The sms come at the rate of 10 per minute and my box is full, my phone is clogged and there is a constant beeping sound. When I complained to 121, they said that they cannot help since I am not enrolled on Do-Not-Call registry and they have no handle over the sender. I had to switch off my phone. This is a special case and airtel service provider must take cognisance.

my name is subhashish das.reliance communication is misguiding the people of india and other service provider by showing unlimitted 599 plan.in unlimitted 599 plan am loosing my phone balance by making call from reliance cdma to reliance cdma.Now they r saying that it is free for 45 hours not unlimitted.pls take strong action againest reliance communication.
