Sir, There’s a company called CallCoverge in Gurgaon which claims to provide call center work to be done from home. I registered with this company in the month of September’08. They took 10000 Rs from me as refundable deposit and told me that from the next month onwards i will get 1500 Rs per month as a refund for the security. Till date i haven’t got even a single penny back. Not even any bank account has opened. The calling data that they have given is also pure fake. Few days back they called us for signing a document that was terms and conditions. They said that once we sign this document we will get a new dialer and new software and all things would work correctly. Moreover they also made us sign the document as backdated wth the date of novembr 2008 else they said we will not be able to do the work. And now they are saying that we will have to pay for the calling minute and we will have to purchase the dialer and minutes. This has become too much now. Sir i am a student and to make some parttime money i started this work but since the day i signed with these people i have got nothing but problems and harassments. I am really scared about my 10000 Rs as that money is really important for me. Now these people are also saying that the money cannot be given back and i cannot get it refunded,Sir i am really disturbed. I would request to please do the needfull so that this company should not harass more people.

I am having mobile no:9884039030 in the name V.Balaji for the past 2 years. Due to funds problem i am not able to pay the bill for the last 3 months. I have also informed the same to the concerned vodafone person on last month itself. Yesterday i got a call from the number:9884789472 at 2.00pm person named priya from vodafone collection called me regarding bill payment. I told her clearly that i am having funds problem and i will be able to pay the bill by this month end only, suddenly she talked to me using bard words and also harrased me by behaving very rudely and spoke to me in very very bad words and rubbishly for payment. On the other hand without my knowledge they have traced my call details and called my fiance mobile no and spoke to her in the same way in bad words as she spoke to me. The way she behaved was rubbish and rude and i am totally disturbed for the past 2 days. With immediate effect i had cleared my outstanding amount of Rs.2210/- on 10th march 09 at tirupur vodafone office vide receipt no;THT-1-2009031097 at 15.02.55 pm. But i have received legal mail from Vodafone at 7.30pm on 10th march 09.I have also enclosing the mail copy sent by vodafone.I have also complained regarding this problem to vodafone customer care and the complaint no is 981696808, they assured me they will resolve the problem by yesterday itself. But nothing has been done from their side. After remitting my payment also they had sent me Legal notice. I am totally frustrated and i want to have proper justice for this. pl do the needful.

Demand for payment of net outstanding amount/dues.

1. You had subscribed to the Cellular Mobile Telecom Services being

provided by us on the terms and conditions of the Customer Application Form

(CAF). We have from time to time sent you bills for the Cellular Mobile

Telecom Services availed by you. You have been served monthly statements

and reminded through telephone calls, SMS messages and visits made by our

representatives, including our agencies, to make payment of the bills sent

to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have

failed and neglected to pay the amounts of net outstanding amounting to

Rs.1703 /- as on 10.03.09 after adjusting the deposit if any.

2. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the CAF, you are

under an obligation inter–alia to make payment of periodic bills raised

upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the

receipt of bills, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. That

you are aware, that you would be liable to pay the net outstanding amount

that is in default together with interest thereon @ 2.5 % per month from

such date on which it became due. That the above acts and omissions ex

facie contribute flagrant breach of your admitted contractual obligations,

which may necessitate appropriate civil proceedings.

3. In the aforesaid circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the

Net outstanding amount mentioned in Paragraph 2 above, together with

interest thereon @ 2.5 % per month from such date on which it became due

within 7 days from the date hereof. Failing which we will initiate

appropriate legal proceedings against you. This Legal Notice supersedes any

other Legal Notice(s) sent by us.

For any clarification you may get in touch with Mr. Lawrence, Mobile

Irritation Caused By The Call Centre Staff

As per my name mentioned above, I am Andrew the Manager ( Operations ) for The Best Western Marickar Hotels & Suites-Cochin. Its been almost a year since i keep receiving calls from saying its from the ICICI call centre in Mumbai asking for someone named Mr.Pranav. To this I have keep repeating that this number (9895 756756) is mine and for the passed 4years remain the same. But then they stopped calling me, but instead started irritating me by giving atleast 8 to 10 missed calls daily. This went on and then suddenly stopped one fine morning. Now after quite some time the same thing has started once again and i keep telling them the same. I wish to ask a Bank Company as The ICICI, HAVE YOU LOST CONTROL OVER YOUR STAFF? I do not know where exactly i place a complaint. Unfortunately I own a account in your bank as well for which i regret. Looks like there is no one monitoring the staff act and they are just left loose. At this status the future is at stake. Really sorry to have said this but this is the fact.For your assurance the calls have come from the numbers mentioned below.

Since the last few days i have been getting unsolicited calls from Kotak Mahindra bank delhi branch. I do not know from where they got my land line number. Their salesman was irritating. Even after i told him i dint need their policy, he asked me to just listen to the lengthy details. Then again i got a confirmation call asking for an appointment with a representative. KOtak bank people listen carefully i do not need your scheme please do not call me. OK.
