I visited the HP service center in gurgaon many times. shown them the warranty certificate. they tried 3/4 time to remove my printer problem. but in vain. every time i came home and faced the same problem.now they are not attending properly as the printer is o.k. acc. to them. but the problem is as it is
very bad on part of the distributer
