I purchased a fridge on 01/05/2008 and immediately after the completion of 1 year it stopped working. They came and charged me Rs.3,000.00 and changed the PCB. Now its still not working. They came and now they tell me the gas needs to be pumped up and it will cost me Rs.1,200.00 I demanded a complete servicing to be done but they refused. They are not checking the entire problem and I am ending up calling their techinicians all the time. I\’m wasting my calls on them and they are not responding on time as well.
