Faulty Steam Press not getting replaced

I have bought one Bajaj branded steam press from Lakshmi Steel Bhandar, Parihar chowk, Aundh , Pune. Press being purchased does not produced steam strokes and on contacting to the Dealer i.e. Lashmi Steel Bhandar , he is not replacing the press or even not getting the press repaired.
