purchased on 29 may 2007, with two years warranty, since then at least 4 times the machine has broken down. To get connected to their complaint cell take minimum of 15 to 20 attempts, then their service engineers should come, then they should indent for parts, then only they should come & repair. every time we should go without the machine for a week or fortnight,after paying about Rs. 20,000/- for the machine which is not a small amount for a middle class man. Now I have demanded a replacement, I have to watch & wait.
