Purchased a Electrolux Microwave from Dealer M/s Radhika Sales- Pimpri, Pune.
Bill No- DT/009917 Dt:12/08/2006. Warranty Period 3 years on Magnetron.
Failure reported on Magnetron on 06/02/2009. Customer complaint No- PUN0602090552 Dt: 06/02/09. Till date no replacements made. No assurance given when this complaint will be addressed even after 4 Months since the complaint has been registered.
