I am HP Gas Consumer No. 647757 under Kiran Gas Agency, Pune – 411040 Ph.no. 020-65615222.
Me & All consumer of this agency facing a lot of problems every times from above mentioned Agency, which is listed below.

1.Poor Customer Service, I was told to book the cylinder after 22 days after the delivery, when I went there on 22nd day they returned me saying that come after 2 days, and refused to book the cylinder.Neither they take bookings on phone and if we book on phone we have to go again to the agency for the signatures. This is pathetic.

2. After booking, after 10 days I have to go in the morning 5am at the place which is not even the agency but an open ground where the truck comes loaded with the cylinder at 10am.
People have to stand in the queue since morning 5am till they get the cyclinder and those are too limited, if u dont get that day again in the morning you have to come back for it.

3. I am a single parent and have a 4 years old daugther, where I have to carry her with me to get the cyclinder in rainy, summer or winter season.

4. When I complained this to agency and told them why dont you start home delivery they gave me the reason that they vehicle doesnt come that side where I stay. When I told them other gas company\’s vehicle comes that side they should also start it, then I get the answer change the gas company.

I have full faith on HP Gas Authorities.Please look into this matter seriously & take necessary action & instruct this agency not to harass the consumers like this.
