i rented the NIC card a month ago, company claims to give 144kbps but the actual speed doesn’t go beyond 2kbps, i complained at BSNL office here at “Press Complex Indore” but received no responce at all. i registered online complaint but there is no activity, the complaint number is 16181330908050002.

The speed of the wireless connections depends on the distance of the tower from your place and also varies from place depending on factors like electricity towers/wires etc in your area. It is advisable to take a demo of any wireless connection before taking it.
